Extremely concerning experience — credits removed, no refund, no support response
I’ve had a deeply troubling experience with OnSpace. More than 347,000 credits were removed from my account without warning, explanation, or authorisation. These credits were fully paid for, and their sudden disappearance represents a significant financial loss.
What’s worse is the complete lack of communication from OnSpace. I’ve contacted support multiple times through every available channel, including Discord, and I have not received any reply, any acknowledgement, or any update. Days later, the issue remains unresolved, and my messages continue to be ignored.
This is not a minor technical glitch — it’s a serious financial matter involving a substantial paid balance. The absence of transparency, accountability, or even basic customer service is extremely concerning. Until OnSpace can explain why the credits were removed and issue the refund owed, I cannot recommend the platform to anyone.
I hope this review prompts someone at OnSpace to finally address the issue, but based on my experience so far, users should proceed with caution.
