In this day and age of electronic platforms, waiting on the phone for hours and never being able to communicate with a real person working with Tyler Hoffman was refreshing. He responded to my email request quickly and directed me to the people I needed to talk to about my concern.

Tyler Hoffman is to be commended for his attention to all of our company's needs. He is our "go to" for anything relating to our firms' insurance/medical plans.
