Pet insurance is designed to cover new, unexpected conditions that arise after cover starts, so pre-existing conditions or symptoms that were present before the policy began aren’t covered.
The appeal process is an opportunity for your vet to provide us with any information that may have been missed during the initial assessment. Please contact claims@onlypawspetinsurance.co.uk and they would be happy to help.

Like all the rest now. No option at least through this portal to pay yearly. So they have your bank details and auto renew. If you want to do it direct they'll sting you for another £100

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, we’re unable to offer annual premium payments, so our policies are paid monthly by Direct Debit. There’s no extra charge for paying this way, and it works as a subscription rather than a finance agreement, so it won’t impact your credit score.
When your renewal comes through, you’re under no obligation to continue and can cancel online or with customer service if you decide the policy is no longer right for you. We are also very proud that there are no fees for any changes made at any point online or direct.

A great company to deal with during the worst of times, as we were about to lose our very much loved kitty.
Only Paws made every stage of our claim easy and responded quickly to any questions. Communication via email and the portal is simple and they’ve settled our claim very quickly. The condolences email after our cat died was a kind touch and it is nice to have a simple and smooth resolution during a highly emotional time. We won’t hesitate to use them again.
