Brilliant experience, professional service and pick up and return were very easy - to recommend to pay the full insurance to avoid having to pay a larger deposit and also to experience your holiday stress-free. Most of the roads are good but there could be a few off-road ones

Excellent service!!! We rented a Fiat Panda, and surprisingly we got Fiat Panda :) We rented the car at Olbia airport, for 10 days. Very little waiting time on checkin/checkout, and no issues whatsoever. Just like a car renting company shoud operate. Multiple payment methods, no mandatory credit card needed.
We even got 1h earlier and the car was ready.
This company Is like a hidden secret beach, you want only for yourself.

Quick and very friendly processing of my car rental. I made the reservation in advance, with an extra insurance, directly, without any intermediary. The handover of the car from the company to me and vice versa went very smoothly. The car was quite new (less than 40K km) and in good shape.
Next time, I’d choose for this company again!

L'équipe est au top , gentils , nous avons eu un soucis avec la voiture (notre faute, voiture fermée avec la clé a l'intérieur), un employé est arrivé en 15minutes pour nous ouvrir en étant très serviable. Et un retour ultra rapide !

When my daughter and I were badly let down, very late at night, by our original car rental company, Sebastian at Onlysardinia (Olbia airport) came to the rescue and stayed past the end of his shift to provide us with a ‘sensible’ replacement. He patiently explained how it worked, while his colleague rang our hotel, and nothing was too much trouble. We are both very grateful. And the Fiat 500 was a fantastic little car to drive too! ❤️

We recently rented a car from Only Sardinia and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite always being careful and doing thorough research, this was the first time we've encountered issues with a car rental company. We were persuaded to pay an additional €30 per day for what we were told would be comprehensive coverage that eliminated any liability for damage. However, when we returned the car, we were informed that we would be charged for a scratch on the wheel. Apparently, the insurance we paid extra for doesn't cover wheels or glass—something that was never clearly communicated to us upfront.

To make matters worse, the car had a flashing engine light towards the end of the rental period, which was concerning. We chose not to complain at the time, but in hindsight, it’s clear this was a reflection of the poor condition of their vehicles.

We expected much better service and transparency from a company with a reputation like Only Sardinia, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver.

Fijne autoverhuurder, erg meedenkend en meewerkend. Goed bereikbaar en perfecte service. Mede dankzij hun een fijne vakantie gehad.

Trattamento impeccabile. Personale gentilissimo nonostante il tardo orario…. Se volete noleggiare una macchina per godervi la Sardegna senza troppi problemi Only Sardinia è L agenzia ideale.

Ho contattato diverse compagni ma loro erano gli unici che rispondono SEMPRE al telefono! Li ho contattati un sacco di volte e loro sono stati sempre cordiali e risolutivi, onesti e professionali. Ho noleggiato una polo per 7gg, auto perfetta e in condizioni impeccabili. Tornerò sicuramente a noleggiare con loro iper consigliato! Continuate così ragazzi!

La voiture, une Fiat 500, était en parfait état et peu kilometrée. Tout s'est bien passé, c'est d'ailleurs un très bon modèle de voiture pour s'aventurer sur les routes sinueuses de Sardaigne, très facile à garer.
Le check-in et checkout sont très rapide (surtout le checkout, moins de 5 minutes un samedi après-midi).

Je referai le même choix sans hésiter.

Très sérieux, arrangeant et gentil. Chaque mail envoyé a eu une réponse sous quelques heures. Pas besoin de carte de crédit.
La voiture est filmée à la remise des clefs par l'employé ce qui évite les litiges.
Je recommande vivement.

Veicolo nuovo e con pulizia effettuata prima del mio arrivo. Abbiamo ritirato il mezzo durante la notte, ed il personale era presente ad attenderci monitorando lo stato del volo. Personale estremamente cortese, tempi di consegna e riconsegna rapidi. Condizioni e regolamento chiari, senza sorprese.
