Online Turf Anmeldelser

Excellent delivery processes, communications were spot on. Very easy to lay the turf and looking fantastic after a few days.

Great quality grass and has taken really well, I would have no hesitation in recommending Online Turf

I am a gardener for many people and recommend this turf company. Always great product, delivery and service. They truly have got this so right. Well done and see you on my next project. I have used this company Many Times.

I found “onlineturf” easy to deal with from help with ordering, delivery and aftercare. They supply advice on laying and when to mow. The turf is good quality and has taken easily and had its first cut after 2 weeks

I have waited until the turf has started to grow before leaving a review. The grass, as that’s what it is now, is amazing. A lush green colour and great quality throughout the lawn. I ordered the turf on Thursday morning and, I did pay a little more, but the turf turned up the following morning. The delivery driver was amazing and the delivery went very smoothly. The garden has benefited from some lovely Welsh rain, and I did water it morning and evening when it didn’t. Even after the delivery, I am still getting helpful hints via email to make sure I get the best out of the lawn. Yesterday I got the message to tell me it’s time for the first cut. I think touches like this and the speed and the quality of the delivery and the turf, makes recommending online turf a no brainer

Ordered on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. The delivery window was up until 5pm, yet there was absolutely no communication from the delivery company throughout the day to advise of and delays. It was only towards the end of the day that I had to chase things up myself. They then had to contact the drivers to find out what was happening, and I was informed they were running behind and would no longer be able to make the delivery that day.

Considering turf should ideally be laid as soon as possible, especially during the hot weather we’re currently experiencing, I was disappointed as it felt like the product would inevitably have deteriorated to some degree by the time it arrived.

That said, it was delivered the following morning, where I had to take additional time off work to receive the order. Overall, the turf seemed okay, although there were some slightly yellow patches. After reading similar reviews, I just decided to lay it anyway and hope for the best. Time will tell how it establishes.

There are no bad reviews on their website!! I put one on due to the poor quality of my turf delivered and guess what it does not appear (Buyer beware- poor quality product)

Another Sham Online Company!
Absolutely terrible service. I placed and paid for an order on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. When I called first thing Wednesday morning to get an estimated delivery time, I was told it would likely arrive in the afternoon, so I arranged for my landscaper to come later that day.
However, when I called again at 3pm to chase the delivery, I was informed that the driver had forgotten to load my order onto the truck. I was then told it would be delivered the following morning. This is despite the company’s own website stating that the turf should be laid on the day it arrives – yet apparently it was acceptable for it to sit in their warehouse for an extra 24 hours.
I called back again at 4pm to stress that I wanted fresh turf and would not accept potentially damaged stock the next day. At that point, I was told my order would be cancelled and replaced with fresh turf for delivery on Friday morning.
On Friday morning, I contacted customer service once more, only to be told that the order hadn’t even left the warehouse yet.
This company is completely unreliable and treats customers with no respect. Avoid at all costs!!!

Great turf. Easy to order amount you need on website online. Delivered on correct day and time. Driver put pallet on drive easy for me to use. Turf in lovely condition and went down a treat. Looks fantastic and growing happily now. Great. Thanks.

Amazing turf arrived in the time delivery person put were
I need it to be very helpful highly recommend turf ordered with no problems

Terrible service, booked and paid for a morning delivery (they caveat this may not be possible), however after chasing all day it was confirmed it wouldn't be delivered at all. Customer Service fobbed me off all day, then tried to arrange a delivery for the following morning, despite their own website saying the turf should be laid the day it arrives (but would have been ok in a warehouse for 24 hours). Avoid and go somewhere else.

Very easy company to deal with.
The turf is very good quality nearly 2 weeks in and looking great already.
Kept informed of delivery day & time slot the day before. Turned up bang on time driver also very helpfull. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased some Turf from Online Turf, the service was excellent. It was easy to order, they delivered when they said they would, dropped the Turf off close to where it was to be laid, they were very professional in their service and they driver was very helpful and pleasant.

Delivery within specified time. 30 rolls on pallet set down right inside my garage for short distance for laying. Grass rolled out like a carpet in the back garden on prepared soil base. It looks superb. I can’t specify the grass except it’s green and looks great. I’m following instructions for watering. Can’t wait for first light cut."

extremely poor quality. Half the turf was dead. We emailed company with photos but they made excuses and have not refunded

Easy to use website, delivery was quick and on time. Turf has only been laid for a few days but already much greener so initial signs are good. The website is informative about how to choose and aftercare. Have received a couple of follow up emails giving advice for after the lawn is laid. I’ve even had one saying they will be in touch to let me know when it’s safe to mow. Really helpful. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

Turf arrived on time and in good condition. Grass has taken well since laying

A really easy experience. Excellent service and after service, delivery was friendly and on time.
Online turf have contacted me with advice to look after my lawn, and even let me know when to mow.
Very pleased. 😀

"Easy ordering, able to pick your day of delivery, turf is very nice, I was given a time slot when it would be delivered and it arrived within that time slot. Great price, even with delivery to my door it was still cheaper than my local garden centre. Very happy with my purchase and process. They also send you advice by email on laying the turf and how best to look after it when it is down."

I have bought online turf recently, it was extremely a good choice.
The turf is hard and good quality, delivery was prompt and they gave ample instructions,
I have done part of my garden with this new turf, it looks healthy and rich.
Now I am thinking to replace entire garden with this product.
