I received some else's order
I received some else's order, not for the first time. I used the way too familiar complaint form and waited 3 working days and nothing. So, I called them and spoke to a lady who said they're overwhelmed with complaints and it's just gonna take longer. A clear cut situation, photos of the wrong order submitted etc, got confirmation on the phone and still, I had to wait another few days in order to get the reprint in motion, for some bizarre reason. The lady on the phone promised high and low to send the reprints by express delivery, in order to make up a little bit for their mistake and so I might not lose my customer, who was waiting for her delivery. Shipping took more than one week, after the long wait for it to be reprinted in the first place, because it wasn't sent by express shipping. I can't stress enough how many times I asked her and she confirmed that it will be send off by express shipping.
I mean, mistakes can happen but the way Onlineprinters has dealt with it annoyed me almost more than the entire situation.
I asked if they don't think that there is something wrong, if sooo many things go wrong, that the complaint department can't work through the pile of emails within three working days. She said, no, everything is fine. Well, if that's their approach, I'm not sure how bad this has to get, before they change something.
