One of the most reliable business ever. I accidentally ordered meat and requested a wrong date online. Without hesitation, they refunded me and called to see if they could attempt to deliver it within 48hours but sadly I need the meat for tomorrow therefore went ahead with cancellation but without any hesitation will order from them next time.

Meat is always so fresh and well…
Meat is always so fresh and well packaged. Prices are a little steep but for the quality it is quite worth the price. The meat is cleaned well and cut to preference too.

Very very high quality meat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I have ordered 3 times now and it has always come on the date I chose for the delivery, it comes packaged super well. I weighed the meat everytime and while I’ve had one item in the order that is 30 grams less than it should be, everything else will be 20-30% more than it should so they are absolutely not cheating me in that way. Most of the products are marked with a label stating what it is, the weight, when it was packed and the expiration date. This is super helpful. Overall I’ve had only positive experiences with this company and everytime I order I get a loyalty reward giving me up to £5 off now (and the meat is very reasonably priced already). I am only using this company from now on, Thank you very much to whoever is running this company it is amazing for me

There was an issue with the delivery of…
There was an issue with the delivery of my order and in the end it had to be cancelled. This was in no way the fault of the company but they still refunded me in full which was amazing. I will be ordering from them in the future and would recommend them purely on customer service alone.

Not a good brisket!
I wasn’t really happy with the brisket, even though I asked to leave the fat on, there was no fat to be seen and came out so dry on a slow cook. The chuck roast was excellent!

The best customer service I have received
The best customer service I have come across. Hussain at Online Meat Shop rectified an order that was sent by mistake, at 11.30pm on the Saturday before Christmas, sending a replacement roast at no extra charge. The email correspondence was incredibly kind and Hussain was deeply compassionate and very fast to sort out the issue.
The Sirloin Beef was absolutely delicious.
I usually get my halal meat from the supermarket such as Tesco, I will now be buying my halal meat online as the Online Meat Shop has the values I would like to support (and a huge selection of tasty meat!). The delivery was fast and meat was tasty, but it is the fantastic customer service that has won me over. I look forward to many more meat orders from here. Thank you Hussain I will always remember your generosity.

Brilliant service
I ordered some meat and the service I have received is wonderful. I was able to pick the date for delivery and when I wanted to add something extra to my order, a gentleman rang me and he was so respectful and polite. He recommended what was best for me and cared about what I needed. I really appreciated their service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Disappointed
The cabbage I received did not match the advertised product on the website. I had ordered a round and fluffy cabbage, but instead received shredded pieces that were small and dense. Furthermore, the core of the cabbage was over 12cm.
