Great customer service. Very helpful

Friendly and persuasive service at the start. Gave a quote to helping to get my lost funds back and that we should work quickly to trace the funds. Bent over backwards to authenticate their company. A week after I paid the requested amount, they all the sudden wanted more to escalate the search and recovery. I couldn’t pay it all and they said that was fine and I was told more further fees would be asked for. Now they want more and say my case won’t progress until I pay more. I said I couldn’t pay more, that I lost it all and am in debt. I was told that I should go into the streets to figure out how to get more money and if I didn’t, I obviously didn’t care about getting my money back. I mentioned trying to claim credit card fraud and was told good luck because I signed a contract. Very heartless comments. I guess I have been scammed again.

Great help for a guy who did not know anything about investment scam.

The information provided was very helpful, its what I needed to go through the channel to make sure the proper action is taken.

I called Online Justice after I lost money to a scam work scheme. I made multiple transactions in the hope to get my money from the first transaction back. The scamer stopped responding a few days before I contacted Online Justice. They told me I have to send them a little over 1'000 USD for the investigation. I sent them the money and they called me a day later and said they found the money. They asked me for more money to contact the police and involved investment platforms. I didn't wanna pay them more money and contacted everyone myself with the documents they sent me. The police said that they didn't get the same account for the suspect and that Online Justice looked like a scam themselves, because the documents had a lot of errors. The investment platform wouldn't help out unless they got contacted by the police. I contacted Online Justice again and told them. They said they made a mistake and did the investigation again. After they only sent me a new account of a suspect and the investment platform to contact, but nothig I could sent the police to help their investigation and all the investment platforms needed the police to contact them. So in the end I lost money to 2 scammers: the original one and Online Justice

They are a scammer of the worst kind... preying people at their most vulnerable. Complete scam promising to recover what they cannot!

Contact me by phone 4 times in the space of five minutes and did not leave a voicemail. I found out they contact me due to email them to tell them to don’t call me ever again because i do not have a case with them and 4 days later they contact me again. I read all the previous trustpilot reviews for the company and it looks like they don’t care about helping people that has over 2 years case with them

They can improve by refunding their customers money when results are not achieved and they pressure customers to pay for more non-sense services to recover money lost from a previous scam.

So it will be going on two years this May that they decided to "help" me. I said no more calls, but of course they didn't listen.

They have various numbers across the country, Canada, and on my phone, it says, "probable spam" so I don't answer, even when I said to contact me through email and no more calls because..

It's unprofessional to berate you, laugh at you, make fun of you, etc. But they don't care.

If you want to lose more money, go with these fraudsters.

Of course they'll come back at me with that they don't know who I am and lie and say they never do that when calling people.

Or, you know, to make them sound like they're better than others, they'll check your financial institution and see their ratings and compare.

I thought these people were adults and not adult toddlers.

I was wrong.

And yes, the majority of the 5 star reviews are fake. Just like them.

As always, 5 star reviews can mention names but not 1 star reviews because it's personally identifiable? Really now. Grow up.

P.S. everyone praising them are either bots or were told by them to do so. You will not get your money back. Don't be fooled by those who said they got their money back. They didn't.

I had looked at many websites before contacting Onlinejustice to recover money taken by scammers.
Based on reviews on Trustpilot, their advertising on their website, and their live explanation, I knew they could find the scammers and knew how to get them to return the money.
Unfortunately for me, they are just like them, once they receive the money, they give you an IP address that is useless, and then they ghost you for over a month.
Strangely, they don't like bad reviews on Trustpilot, which they flood with fake positive reviews or reviews that make no sense in relation to the job requested (‘Good contact’, ‘Very good’, ‘Helpful’, etc.).
So they then contacted me and said they would help me, that it was the other employee's fault, but that I absolutely had to remove my review.
I knew that this would not do me any good, but I played along just to see how far they would go.
As a result, they string you along from week to week with useless actions, treating you like can’t think.
Their goal is to pretend to do something and, above all, to buy time before a negative review could damage their little scam business of people who have already been scammed.
Please, run away from these liars who do nothing they promise because they can’t, but one thing is certain: they too want your money. RUN AWAY!

They’ve taken 10g and ghosted me. They only responded when I left a bad review. Said to take it down and they would consider my case. I said that was blackmail. He corrected me and said it would be a favour because it was bad for business. The business that has taken my money and delivered nothing. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else so please stay clear of this company. It’s in Israel, fraud capital of the world with this company included. It’s a hard lesson to learn. I asked them to just give me my ‘money back guaranteed’ cash but surprise- no response. Don’t let them get to you. They can’t help yet they fill you with hope and plans until they’ e received your money, which they also aren’t honest about….. then you’ll never hear from them again. Beware.
