Online Check Writer's customer service is inflexible and arrogant. When the user interface displays one cost but I am being billed a separate fee and OCW won't acknowledge the inconsistent application of fees or provide a refund. This also applied when sending 400+ payees their check via email. Once printing the emailed check, the banks rejected the emailed check format saying it was "scam-like" and an improper format. This forced me to then re-print checks at my own cost for my payees after OCW refused to acknowledge the issue or refund me for the inconvenience and cost incurrec. OCW would NOT listen to my concerns and would not offer a reasonable solution, saying only that they present a respectable business with millions of happy customers and my situation is not representative of a larger problem. Perhaps it was only "old-fashioned" banks that have a problem with the Echeck.
