I would give zero stars if possible. I set up my account and went through all the steps to mail a check, just to be sent messages requesting further verification several hours after I thought my check was in the mail. After repeatedly going through the verification process and uploading documents I finally believe my check is sent, just to be messaged again for verification but this time not until a full 24-hrs after I send a check that I paid overnight express mailing for.

I would assume it was user error on my part but not only does the website show approved verification status but I also received proof of payment even though the usps tracking system reflects a "label created, not yet in system" status. I'm not even going to waste time typing up a review on the lack of any customer service.

At this point, I'm concerned I might have been foolish enough to get scammed considering all the account and personal information you have to submit. I strongly urge you to use any other service possible, anything other than "onlinecheckwriter".

A very serious company that provides a quality service and you are all very professional.

I would give it a zero if possible. My app shows ach active and I have uploaded all requested documents. Spoke with someone and answered all questions. I was told it was approved and for me to request payment from my customer and I did and now they will not deposit the money stating I do not have ach approved. I have screen shots to prove and now I have to pay for my customer to cancel that check. DO NOT TRY.

Set is awesome but check download has an error most of the time.
There is no customer service or contact number.

The checks they print are not accepted by my banks - Chase and First National. THey sent me a check on a 7 x 12 piece of paper with the endorsement at the bottom. It looks fraudulent they said. They ended putting a 3 days hold on it. I also received a letter from the feds about the company warning me the company was under investigation for misleading customers about being a bank and they are also not FDIC insured. WARNING.

out of aboyt 10 accounts iñ three years and 60000,00$ dollars later and 10000.00 still stuck in a account that i cant get back fue to hijacking of gmails and password changes alliwed by google unautjorized by me on line check writer is the biggest scam yet.the books say they posted a check as paid yea to them its realy just s bunch of hinfus stealing you blind and flipping you the bill

Inaccurate Information. Over the last year we have noticed a decline in the inaccurate information that the system is generating. My most recent problem was with the 1099 report. I went to print off all the 1099s for my company through the Online Checkwriter program and it shows wrong numbers along with it had the wrong date on the 1099 form. It showed 2024. Then when you go to print them off the contractors Tax Id number doesn't show which is also a major problem.
I also tried on several occasions to send out checks through their mail out program and we have had several that never made it to the payee. I really hate leaving such a review but I feel it is not getting the proper attention needed. The 1099s being inaccurate cost me a lot of money in late fees to the IRS and the wrong date on the form also cost me money which is going to cost. This has been a horrible experience and I do not recommend this company for use. Zil Money needs to get this company in check making it a more manageable and sustainable source for clients. Thank you

I do not recommend Online Check Writer. I have given notice to cancel service 4 months in a row. They have refused to cancel my account and continue trying to charge me each month. No one should have to ask repeatedly to have an unwanted service cancelled.

The experience that I had at this restaurant was just outstanding and well-looked after. The scenery from the balcony was just surreal that I couldn’t even wish for a better place than this!

The staff were well-mannered and patient that it just felt like I was home and safe. The food was amazing, they put the right amount of seasoning on the food, and they had so many options for the beverages.

The fact that it was in Paris makes it ten-times better and more imaginative!

OCW lied about mailing my check from Texas on the date they said it was mailed. The print job was outsourced to a third party in California and not mailed or printed until several days later, basically insuring that the payment would be late. The destination was Missouri, 3 business days from where I was told it had been mailed from in Texas and 5 business days from where it was actually mailed from in California. (USPS service standards on their zone maps)
The payment was due on the 13th, but it was deposited in USPS in California on the 9th (a holiday!) and was not received by the payee until the 17th. OCW insisted throughout that it had been mailed from Tyler, TX on the 4th, because that was the day and place where they printed the mailing label, but none of that was true. I had used USPS tracking and had access to insight and scanned proof of OCW deception. OCW also failed or refused to tell me the name of the third party printer they outsourced the printing to and gave my banking information to.

This company makes it trivial for online scammers to operate. They are fully aware of how it is used to facilitate scams and do not care.

Thankfully, my elderly mother asked me before cashing a bogus check from them (sent by a scammer). I offered them a suggestion that if an account is not verified, put that warning on the generated checks. They responded that for "security concerns", some users didn't want to verify their banking account information. What a joke.

Or another thought, maybe indicate on the check that it's a trial account, and give some indication that the person should exercise some caution before cashing the check?

In any case, they were not interested in any details, and just said they would monitor the scammer's account.

Trial accounts do not require any identification or credit cards, and can pump out bogus checks with a minimum of effort. Onlinecheckwriter should at least somewhat raise the bar to create a throwaway account, because scammers are tarnishing their reputation.
