The item delivered was correct as per your order, however we understand that the fabric colour was not as expected. This was discussed with you shortly after delivery. As always, we recommend ordering fabric samples prior to purchase, especially where an exact colour match is important.
Despite this, we arranged a free collection and offered a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
To clarify the timeline:
The item was collected on Friday 13th March
Received back at our warehouse on Monday 16th March
Refund processed on Tuesday 17th March
Refunds can take a few working days to appear depending on your bank, but this has been completed from our side.
We always try our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, but when things don’t go to plan, we act quickly to resolve issues. We pride ourselves on clear, honest communication with both new and existing customers.

Ordered ottoman bed and headboard. Started off with delivery issues. Overcoming that the bed was delivered with black marks all over the cream headboard. Tried to contact the company multiple times by email with no response. Tried the phone no contact since.

Company used to be named “ottoman bed store”. We ordered a bed in December and have had nothing but issues. No response to any of our calls or emails. And then the emails started bouncing back!
Company now trading as “online bed store”
Do not trust the reviews or their social media posts. Our bed arrived late, different colours and stained with large black lines.
Will be reporting further to trading standards!! Con artists!!

I ordered the Chelsea Winged Ottoman Divan Bed Set with the matching Ottoman & a new mattress and WOW. I am obsessed. So much storage and it looks super expensive.
The mattress has improved my sleep massively! I wasn’t sure which one to go for but the team helped me to pick the one best suited and they got it right!
The delivery team were helpful, I had brand new carpet and they was really respectful.

I was confused by all the different types of mattress advertised by so many companies and found it difficult to choose one. I bought one of your mattresses for my son who said he'd had the best sleep for a very long time. I bought one for myself, which was delivered by your carriers. Just purchased an upholstered blanket box from OBS. Arrived very promptly and was delivered by a very helpful driver who was happy to put it in the room where it was needed. Very happy with the item as it is well made and provides good storage and looks great! Unfortunately, when unpacked there was a button missing from the quilting on the top. However, when contacted, this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from OBS again.

Fantastic customer support
Helpful and extremely pleasant experience from Customer Service Department and latterly Adam. I had an accident with a storage ottoman. Reported it to the Company with photographs and Adam immediately ordered another one to be made with extra padding all round so the problem will not occur again. Delivered within a week so couldn't fault it. I would absolutely recommend this company
