Can't even buy them. Card rejected twice, klarna doesnt work, credit card doesn't work. Reading others reviews it seems like the luck was on my side as these people can't even run a website or app to process payments. On top of that almost always the trainer you will want will be out of stock or no normal sizes available.
Horrible shoes
Do not buy these kill bill trainers very weak suede has come off in places in 1 wear in 2 weeks never been worn just once indoors 2 hrs customer service refuse exchange and refund now taking the to court and reversing payment consumer act 2015 they are so bad customer service and selling fake shoes or very badly made for the price £150 this company is going bust.

There is no customer service to contact. I received my shoes on March 26th & was told on April 7th that the return window had closed. I recall a 30 day window to return. Nice shoes but only buy on Amazon where you can exchange for a different size.
They charge you to return the shoes.
The sizes were completely off, I ordered a pair of 66s size 11 which I am in pretty much every shoe I own. But that's no problem my low review is not for that, is for the fact that I HAVE TO pay almost 40 bucks, 38.50 to be exact to return a shoe that didn't fit me. Terrible experience.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from their website. I ordered shoes for myself and toddler. Due to the total amount, shipping was free. However, both my and my toddlers shoes fit us too small. I had to return and paid over $100 in return shipping. I reached out to customer support and for 2-3 weeks they said they were looking into it all to tell me that they would not cover the return. I really wanted to buy the correct size for my toddler and I but cannot do so again after this horrible experience. What a horrible company. Save your money their shoes run small.

Très mauvaise il vaut mieux ne jamais rentrer dans cette boutique pour acheter oui grand sourire mais si ils font une erreur et que vous avez le malheur de revenir ils vous traitent comme un chien là ça sourit plus du tout !
Colis perdu par Asics, refus remboursement
Chaussures Tiger commandées en ligne il y a pres de 2 mois. Débit le jour même des 190 €. Asics reconnait que le colis est perdu par une erreur chez le transporteur. Mais refuse de me rembourser. A moi de faire les démarches. Ce que je ne peux pas faire sans les infos que eux seul ont. 190 perdus ! A fuir !

Non si capisce come sia possibile che costano 160 euro originali mai in sconto da nessuna parte le vedi ovunque in città eppure facciano così schifo. Se le prendi della tua taglia il tallone esce dalla scarpa continuamente e la linguetta posteriore con scritto Tiger non sta giù, se le prendi mezza taglia in meno sono così strette che non muovi le dita dentro. Pensate che queste scarpe abbiano qualcosa a che fare con il Giappone ma le fanno in Indonesia e non ho ancora visto un singolo paio che abbia la scarpa sinistra cucita uguale alla destra, c'è sempre qualche differenza nel logo interno alla scarpa, i materiali morbidi sarebbero l'unica cosa positiva ma il mio paio in particolare ha delle tipiche colate di colla ben visibili tra la pelle e la suola.

Really bad customer experience and customer service. Bought the Mexico 66 SD and had them for less than 2 weeks and the front side of the shoes started peeling off. Wrote to the customer service email more than a week ago and Im still waiting for a real answer or solution. Called the call center and the girl was a little bit rude and didn't help at all. LOVED the shoes hated the customer service

I bought a pair of shoes from the regent street branch and after wearing them for two times developed very bad pain in my back and legs. I wrote to their customer services and they refused to help me and asked me to go direct to the store. The store asked me to bring into the shop so they can inspect it. Even though I took them there and explained how it caused me pain and under the consumer rights Act they are not fit for purpose, they refused to do anything about it. I am so disappointed that I bought these shoes, that’s £150 down the drain and I am never going to wear them again. Really disappointed and annoyed.

Ricevute Mexico66 usate, una sporca e maleodorante - SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
Decido di acquistare un paio di Mexico66 Tg.44 ( Ordine OT-IT00158***, € 160,00) come regalo per mio marito e in data 29 mi vengono consegnate da GLS. La sera stessa mio marito apre la scatola e quella che contiene le scarpe è sbucciata e ammaccata. Una delle scarpe ( la sinistra ) è nuova, con cartellino. La destra è evidente usata e maleodorante di piedi, con stringhe slacciate. La suola è sporca, tutto il camoscio è macchiato di nero e la soletta interna è sporca e slavata, presenta tracce di peli di calzini neri che hanno macchiato anche tutto il retro del calcagno. Il camoscio della linguetta è tutto rovinato. Il colore della pelle è diverso e nella piega della punta del movimento del piede è tutta rovinata da uso evidente.

A partire dal giorno 29 stesso inizio a contattare via mail il servizio clienti, anche telefonicamente per spiegare il problema e ricevere istruzioni per il reso e rimborso.
Mi chiedono solo di inviare le foto e le varie operatrici l'unica cosa che riescono a dire è "le faremo sapere stanno controllando in Olanda". Servizio clienti assolutamente inadeguato ed inefficace.
Oggi 05/02 procedo alla richiesta di reso da effettuare in un UPS Point.
Sconsiglio quindi assolutamente di acquistare presso questo STORE UFFICIALE in quanto le scarpe inviate non risultano nuove bensì usate e comincio a sospettare che alcuni pezzi siano riciclati da resi di negozi oppure siano pezzi non originali.
In caso non riceva l'accredito nei tempi stabiliti mi dovrò tutelare presso altre altre sedi, con notevole ingrullimento e perdita di tempo.

No delivery- 4 phone calls - no updates. They give carrier 10days to reply about missing product. As a customer I’m in the middle as no refund yet either. It is not a cheap product. Very disappointing.
Stylish comfort
Although at the higher price range, Onitsuka are the most stylish and comfortable shoes I own. Great colour ways. I have worn the Serrano style for many years now and will continue for many more.

Wir in der Schweiz bezahlen 10%-40% mehr als die in Deutschland für das gleiche Produkt. Halsabschneider. Ich werde dieses Unternehmen vermeiden.
