AVOID them - highly disappointing
This has been one of the most disappointing telecom experiences I've had in Pakistan. I purchased an eSIM and number from ONIC on 7 July 2025, paid Rs 2,600, and got my phone paired through PTA as required. Despite everything being in place, the service never worked.
I reached out to ONIC support through live chat, helpline, and email multiple times, but all I received were copy-paste responses saying “we’re working on it.” It has now been almost two weeks, and I still cannot use basic services like calls, SMS, or mobile data.
As a visitor to Pakistan with limited time, this has completely defeated the purpose of getting an ONIC SIM. I’m returning soon, and this purchase has proven to be a complete waste of money, time, and effort.
Extremely poor service and zero accountability.
