There was an issue with the delivery destination and customer service were great in having a new Onesie delivered at no extra cost. The Onesie is good quality and great fun.

Poor quality-no returns
I ordered 2 onesies for my grandsons from onesie buy. The packaging was pretty rough and one of the onesies looked matted. They looked like they had been previously worn. I was very disappointed with the quality and appearance of both onesies. When I tried to return them I was told I would have to pay for shipping…or they offered a $10 compensation fee and I could keep the unsatisfactory onesies since their factory is in China and shipping is difficult. I spent $62 not including shipping. If Onesiebuy is participating in the US market they must find a way to be competitive with returns. My advice is shop Amazon…where returns are much easier and companies have to stand behind their products.
This site is very misleading waited…
This site is very misleading waited multiples weeks and it decided to never arrive I don't know if its the companies fault or USPS fault plus they never send a we just shipped your package email they just send a email of your order and never say a word ever again this site is a scam and, I assume this site only, or probably only ships onesies that they can get from other places which are only the popular ones.

Poor quality and worse service
I paid for expedited shipping for a halloween onesie - they promised 4-7 days and an email when it shipped - after 2 weeks I emailed them, it wasn't shipped with expedited options, and would not arrive in time
They refused to refund me the full shipping amount, and I had to open a paypal dispute - received the item, and there's loose thread everywhere, it's very poorly made - and now I have to pay shipping costs to return it to China to get a refund. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

I place my order 10/20/21. Never received a tracking package number or any emails responds. Can someone tell me how to get my money back from these people. I'm very upset. This is why I don't do shopping online. Grrrr.
I waited and waited
I waited and waited, and never got the order also they wouldn’t email me and the time that they promised and still 20 days later I don’t have my order and still have not received any information on my order. I can’t call the numbers that they provided and they won’t email me back. I don’t recommend ordering from here because you are not promised your order.

Placed an order on 10/19/2021. I paid the extra $20 for expedited shipping 4-7 business days. It has now been 10 business days without any email with tracking number as stated in the confirmation email. I just sent an email to their customer service to cancel and refund the money if it has not shipped or will not be delivered by 10/30/2021. If I do not hear from them like other people have indicated then I will open a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center.
Still waiting on order
Update: We received the order on 10/30/2021, just in time for Halloween. Although I'm still irritated that I paid extra for fast delivery and it did not come in the time period it was supposed to, I am just glad it came in time. I would suggest to the company if they don't want negative reviews to actually send an email with an update and tracking information like they said they would in the order confirmation so people don't feel like they were forgotten or even scammed.

Was I scammed?
I place my order on Oct 17, the expected time for it to arrive was 4-7 workdays. Currently writing this on Oct 28, never received it. I emailed customer service and still haven't gotten a response; I tried calling yesterday but no one answered. I had to go to a Halloween party costumeless. I spent over $50 on my order, such a disappointment.

I feel like I got scammed. I made an order on the 18th and it’s been 8 days and no update on shipping. I paid for the 4-7 business day delivery and I’ve heard nothing. I emailed customer service and nothing but silence. Do not buy from this site.

Poor Customer Service
Placed an order on the 7th and have yet to receive a shipment email, or even an order confirmation email. The only proof I have of my purchase is the paypal invoice you get afterwards. I have emailed them 3 times in the past couple weeks and haven’t gotten a single response. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the month of Halloween and they’re experiencing a higher volume of orders than normal, but I would not recommend purchasing from this site if you’re in need of a kigurumi around this spooky holiday season.

Exact same experience as Jamie. Need by Friday the 29th, ordered Oct 9. I have never received shipping info or a reply back. Does anyone know if they’re out of the US or a phone number? I’m sure there’s no hope in receiving within 5 days now. My son and his gf are going to be so disappointed to not have their costumes
Didn’t receive any response after contacting them for over a week
I’ve contacted them multiple times over the past 5 days and still have not gotten a response. Not to mention I paid for the $20 expedited shipping yet it has not showed up after over a week. I see no professionalism here a regardless of their efforts to send out orders “as fast as possible”.
Very poor customer service
I have placed an order on October 8 with the 7-10 businesses day shipping option. I’ve received email confirmation that they received the payment on October 9.
I have emailed the company 4 times now asking for shipping and tracking info and still have not heard from them. I’m very disappointed and annoyed. Not really sure what to do now , I need the costume for Halloween!

I ordered four Winnie The Poo themed onesies and received them around two and a half weeks later. Amazing communication and quality cannot be more thankful. Would definitely purchased from this company again and recommend to a friend.
Shipping is a little slow
