Absolutely a scam. Ordered a onesie with 3-5 day priority shipping for an additional $30.

Needed it for a specific date and when it was clear something was amiss- I never even received a tracking number, cancelling and getting a refund was impossible. I was strung along by their customer service with one sentence emailed every day that often never addressed my questions/my emails.

I ordered the blue and orange dog costume. The costumes are really cute and size guide was accurate. I received order but the costume bled colors during shipping and the black head left an imprint on the yellow stomach. Customer service took care of my issue and is sending me a new one at no cost.

I ordered the Tigger Halloween costume for my 13-year-old daughter, and we couldn’t be happier! The fit is perfect — true to size — and the material is soft and cozy without being too hot. She absolutely LOVES it and has already been hopping around the house like Tigger! The quality is great for the price, and it arrived quickly, just in time for Halloween. Highly recommend this costume for any Tigger fan! 🐯🎃

It was actually pretty well and worth the weight. HOWEVER, I was promised around 7-10 days it took them about 2 weeks and a couple fays to deliver. And this concerned me and I contacted them and they responded around 3 days later reassuring me. Overall tho aside from that everything is pretty well, me personally im a medium guy (5,10) (130 pounds) but a large fits perfect on me, and my girlfriend is around 4,9 and yet a medium on her fits well when she usually wears smalls. Expensive but definitely a nice purchase, pretty good quality and packaging, and nice looking and comfortable onsies. Would buy again on special occasions 👍🏽

I was worried after reading reviews for this site however my daughter wanted a costume we could not find anywhere else so I placed the order. The item was delivered within one week and was exactly as advertised. Not sure if we got lucky or if they have improved but I would not hesitate to order from Onesiebuy again.

The experience was easy. It was very easy to use the website. The Onesies were very nice! The sizes are smaller than USA sizes. So I suggest ordering a bigger size than normal.

I ordered one for me and one for my son. They’re beautiful and the fabric is very high quality exactly as pictured. A little smaller than I thought though, if you’re close to between sizes you should size up.

The onesie was a little small - boyfriend is usually a small, we ordered a medium, and it was still too small. However, I contacted customer support and they are very kind about sending a larger size to replace it.
The quality of the onesie we got is awesome. It’s really fun and we are excited to get the larger size!

While I'm not a fan that it was n't super fuzzy or zipper closed, I did like how it was different than other onesies

Sent an email requesting a tracking number after I didn't have one for several days. They sent a tracking number but it has not yet been scanned by usps. It says it was created on 12/9. 10 days later and no further updates. Sent an email again asking for an update. Will have to process a charge back if they cant even give me an eta

Update: thanks to Trustpilot I got a response from Onsiebuy and I got my item today. But, I was not happy as there is no excuse that I ordered the item since 12/4/24 and heard nothing. I emailed them 12/15/24 and still heard nothing. If it wasn't for Trustpilot I would still be in the dark. Hope this happens to no one else.

I was a bit worried if I was going to get my onsie before Christmas. I emailed customer service and asked if they could check on the tracking. I received a response less than 24 hours letting me know the date it will arrive. I was excited when the item came the day before they said it was going to be here. Shipping does take a little bit, but I knew that would be the case. It was hard to track the item but it was received and the onesie I ordered is so adorable and good quality and onsiebuy was the only one that had the item I wanted. I will definitely order from them again.

Ordered a onesie as halloween costume late Sept. No updates for 2 weeks so I contacted them. Gave me a USPS tracking number that went no where for another week. Ive been trying to having them cancel and refund since but they are now ghosting me (Today in Nov 10th). Id use another company if I was you.

We ordered two onesies for my boys as their Halloween costumes because they could continue to wear them more than once. After ordering, they arrived within 12 days. Upon arrival, one was correct and the other was the wrong character. I reached out to OnesieBuy and heard back within 12 hours. They apologized and let me know they’d ship the other out right away. While the second shipment did take longer to arrive, we did receive it just in time for Halloween. I’m very pleased with the quality of the onesies. They look great and are very soft and comfortable! My boys are beyond thrilled by them! I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The quality is so nice and so soft. Im super excited my husband can match my son as monsters, inc for halloween and i dont have to stress about the costume delovery or quality of the onesie. I am aboit to order myself a onesie just to sleep in. They are so soft and warm.

I love the quality and the costumer service was fantastic. My items were expedited to me due to some delays they arrived earlier then expected! I am very happy with my purchase
