I have used
I have used been using the survey for quite a long and i am so happy with the response and the way customer service query was handled. I would rate it 5 star for it. Plenty of easy short surveys. I have had two pay outs and they took a little time but all was good.

I would give 0 star but it won’t let me.
Having being a member for a couple of months I’ve been blocked for fraudulent/ suspicious activity, when I’ve emailed them I got asked to send over ID, etc. after sending ID over I’ve been told I’m permanently blocked for fraud/suspicious activity.
Seriously avoid, waste of time completing surveys to be blocked once you’re close to the withdrawal limit!

The ID you provided did not match the information you had previously provided to us. As such the account was blocked and will remain so. We noted your threat to provide bad reviews for us on social media unless we reinstated you. However we will strongly back the decisions we make to ensure that the data we provide to our clients is of the highest quality.

These people blocked my and and reject my payment, I tried to email them, they warn me that this is the last time they will respond to me ,because i email more than Once, who does that, I think, the UK research Panels should look into some sites and how they are Duping innocent members from their hard earned money, and don't give then clear Reasons, am speaking on behalf of the innocents that they took this advantage of, you complete your account and ask for payment only for you to be block and Threatened on your hard earned, They ask you to submit your private details, are they really, authorized by the federal government to access Your Private Details like they always request?

We do regular checks to ensure that the data we provide is of the highest quality. You have been told the reason on more than one occasion and asked to provide Photo ID to validate the account. You have not done this, and whilst this is your right, without it we will not reinstate the account. Without this information, we cannot move forward.

Reward redemption
Through lack of concentration I managed to push the wrong button when attempting to redeem my reward and got myself in a bit of a muddle. A quick email to OnePoll showed what I had done, and within only a few days they'd sorted me out and made the payment. You just can't ask better that that. Thanks to the OnePoll team for excellent service.

Small Glitch
for some reason I suddenly could not access surveys from within my account. Rachel arranged for email survey invitations to be sent to me and the problem soon was addressed and solved.

Highly impressed with the customer service from One Poll. I recently contacted them regarding a technical issue that I was experiencing with receiving surveys. Rachel from customer services dealt with the problem in a very friendly and efficient manner and the issue was resolved very quickly. This reflects my experience on other occasions that problems have arisen. Consistently good service.

Extremely impressed with the service at…
Extremely impressed with the service at one poll always replies in a promptly manner and Rachel is the best at this and helps solve all my queries including my latest issue with the app not refreshing which has now been resolved. I have been a member with one poll for many years now and only recently got one of my other family members to join who has only been a member for over a month and absolutely loved it compared to any other survey partner apps. Keep it up one Poll :)
