I have been with One Poll more than 10 years now so I think that says it all really.

I find OnePoll the best survey site by far. Issues are dealt with by Rachel swiftly and efficiently and recently I had extra points added to compensate for any inconvenience. They are the only survey site I know which has increased the points it offers and they listened when people asked for the payment threshold to be reduced from £25 to £20. Most other sites are reducing the percentage they offer to subscribers when the returns are fairly low in the first place.

Had a problem logging on to account. Droped an email to customer service who were not only quick to respond but very helpful. All resolved within 24 hours, great service and a good web site.

I had 2,073 points so decided to redeem 2,000 of them for £20.00 by BACS  this morning -  Before I could complete my bank details my mobile went off and on logging on again the points had disappeared.

I contacted One Poll and Rachel Knight from Customer Services replied quickly stating she had restored the 2,000 points, with other instructions on how to claim without issues. I reclaimed the reward with success.

Been with OnePoll for years, surveys are quick and easy. Recently needed to contact support - Rachel was fab , responded quickly and helped solve my problem. She was friendly and it was reassuring knowing that there is a human on the other end of my email rather than an AI chatbot!

I'm delighted with the help I received from customer service recently. I was having difficulty logging in, so I emailed for help. The response arrived quickly, and their helpful suggestions (clear cache and so on) solved the problem. The surveys are interesting and fun to complete, and payments are straightforward.

Been abroad to escape a wet England and could not seem to pick up surveys.
Rachel was very helpful explaining why only work when actually in UK and making sure did not have any problems

I have been a member of OnePoll for several years, and enjoy completing their short surveys, as they are clear and straightforward to do. Points soon add up, and you can claim rewards at £20. Payment is quickly sent by either BACS or Paypal.
If you do their short daily polls, there is also the chance of winning 1000 points, which I have been lucky enough to win. Hghly recommended.

I have really enjoyed using OnePoll and find the rewards rack up quickly/ easy to access. I have had a recent issue with being locked out of my account, but this seems to have been resolved quickly.

Was going well and they decided to block my account after I earned £20 (2000 points) for the 4th time and not reward me, I'm waiting for your email. Emailed to say we can't give you your money, stay away from them. They clearly are using personal information for other reasons
I've been receiving rewards from them for a few months and guess what they want my photo and me next to my id what a joke.
I want my money for the surveys I took gor months, stay away from these scammers

I have been a OnePoll member for over 10 years and have never had any major problems. When I have needed to contact them, they have replied promptly. Just recently I emailed regarding redeeming points and Rachel replied & helped resolve my query.
