Great customer service and warranty
After purchasing the wireless cat water fountain I realized that one of the filters was missing from the package. I emailed the company and got a very quick response from Olivia. She understood my issue right away and sent out a replacement filter right away, honoring their warranty. Not only did I get the one missing filter, Olivia wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and sent me a 6 pack replacement which arrived very quickly. I would recommend this product and this companies customer service.

I have bought from oneisall via Amazon a couple of times, in April 2024 I bought a shaver (model X2 in gold) and it was an excellent shaver. It was quiet, cut through matts perfectly and the battery power was very good too. It also came with really good accessories too but after my cat who struggled with matting due to his old age died last year I gave away my good shaver to someone in need and so I now needed to purchase another shaver for my other cat. When looking through the models wondering which one to purchase, I saw, and decided to go for shaver (model FC09) as it looked good in the pictures and the reviews praised it as much as I did with my previous model. Unfortunately when I received it and tried to use it on my cat, I realised that it was not any use for matting and when I was unable to arrange a return, I got in touch with oneisall directly and began emailing with a lovely person by the name of Sue who kindly explained to me that the model I purchased was more suited to smaller areas such as the face, paws and bum and so it would not cut what I had intended it would. Thankfully Sue offered me a 60% refund and to keep the shaver which means I’ll be able to buy another shaver more suited to my cats matts.
I would like to thank Sue and everyone at oneisall for your kindness and also for your quality shavers.
FC09 on Amazon a few days ago. I used it today when it arrived and unfortunately it’s not working as well as I had hoped. It’s a really great shaver, however, I needed a shaver that would cut through thick matts but this model is not cutting them at all. I had previously bought a great shaver () also off of Amazon and it was a fantastic shaver but unfortunately I gave it to someone in need and highly recommended your company and then bought this new one for myself. When I realised it was not going to be good for my cats matting, I tried to arrange a return so that I could either try another model or buy the X2 again as I know it worked really well but Amazon is not allowing me a return. All that comes up when you try to return is a troubleshooting FAQ page or ‘continue shopping’ bought it for matts on my cats not realising that this shaver is not intended for matts so I tried to return it but was unable to do that so I contacted oneisall customer services directly via email and they kindly offered me a 60% refund and to keep the item and so I will now buy a better model that is fully intended for the matted fur. This particular shaver is intended for smaller places such as the face, paws and bum area. I have previously owned a different model of oneisall cat shaver which was equally as good but cut the matts very well but I gave that one to someone in need and that’s why I am having to buy another shaver. I know from experience that the shavers from this company are good quality, sharp and easy to use. Their battery power is very good too. I am proud to own a oneisall cat shaver and I will never use any other brand for my cats. Thank you to sue at customer services for being so lovely and helpful.

I was not getting any updates on my purchase. I reached out to oneisall for some assistance on tracking my order, and to get an update. Andrea was able to figure out that when I placed my order, I made a typo in my email address. She corrected it for me and supplied me with updates I did not get due to wrong email address.

Never happier with a defective product!
To begin with, Oneisall has great products which I have been using for years. But I was also surprised with the high level of after sales services. I had a product that malfunctioned during the guarantee period and they offered a replacement or a full refund. Sue, from the support team was fast, kind and very helpful making the overall experience very smooth.

The clipper that came with the unit worked a bit with our labradoodle, but I ended up using your vacuum with my other shears, thinking his coat was just too much. Then, the clipper wouldn’t charge. I emailed, and Olivia said she’d get another one to me asap. Used it today for the first time and it was AMAZING; it slid through Mr. Doodle’s coat like butter and he looks gorgeous. Thank you to Olivia for the super customer service, and to Oneisall for an incredible product!! AND NO DOODLE HAIR… ANYWHERE! 🙌💙
I ordered a water fountain
I ordered a water fountain, and it got lost in delivery. Customer service at Oneisall handled the issue immediately, and they were so friendly. And, the products I have purchased from them are really good!
Great customer service and warranty
I bought a cat auto water bowl from Amazon, after 1.5 years the motor stopped working, i contacted Oneisall and they asked me to try a couple of things which I did try however it still did not work. They then sent me out a whole new replacement straight away. I was very impressed with their level of customer service and warranty. I would 100% buy this brand again.

Olivia was absolutely fantastic! The first pet trimmer that I ordered was defective and I contacted customer service. After I explained the situation with the trimmer through an email, Olivia got in touch with me quickly and immediately sent me out a replacement! Oneisall is comparable to Amazon with customer service! A+ company!
Need to work on providing a trustworthy website
After I placed an order and paid, I was unable to track the delivery. The order number (only 4 digits from a website that has been in place for 7+ years: red flag) was listed on their own website as being invalid. The only email address on my order confirmation was a very dubious gmail address, another red flag. I was told the only way I could track my device was to download a third-party app, which I did not want to do. I began to investigate and discovered that their EU website has a VERY low trust score, meaning it is likely a scam. The only mitigating factor was the Trustpilot reviews, so I checked them out. I am not the only one to have placed an order and then be left without any information or delivery. I left a 1-star review to which Oneisall replied, trying to rectify the problems. They alleged that despite their website and a third party website advertising stock of what I wanted, it was out of stock. They proposed a replacement which was not what I wanted. It is an app controlled feeder, meaning anyone can in theory hack into it. Based on the dubious security of their website, I am not convinced there is any security in their app-connected devices. They asked me to delete my 1-star review or replace it was a 4 or 5-star review. I don't like this practice, but I am editing this review to 3 stars because they have made a lot of effort to fix the problems.
It took close to 2 weeks (Express delivery was the only option, and 2 weeks is NOT express) to get the feeder. I do have to say that so far I am happy with it. It appears to be what was ordered and so far it is functioning as expected.
I hope Oneisall will take steps to improve their website security as well as their order processes, tracking and deliveries, so that other customers don't have to go through the same hassle I went through just to get a simple delivery.
