Collected the items the next day. No issues, no headaches. Everything got done with no extras or complaints. Second time using, will definitely use it again.

The service was really good BUT to get a quote I had to take photos of the goods to be removed, which I did. It was a bath, a toilet, a box of cardboard waste and a few pieces of leftover flooring.
Quote was fair and all agreed. Communication was good as was the collection service,but when the workers came they took photos of the stuff to be taken away and sent it to the office. Within a minute I had a message trying to
Increase the price. The photos sent in were exactly the same as the photos I had sent the day earlier. Nothing extra and nothing moved.
I refused to pay extra and the company backed down. Blatant attempt to take advantage. I messaged back and said the photos were all the same and the company tried to say it was the weight of the goods that was more than expected and you cannot judge weight by photos. No one had touched or lifted the items so the only way they could say it was heavier weight is by looking at the photos! I was not at all happy with what they tried to do.
Otherwise service was good.

I was very impressed that my driveway was brand new with all the rubbish removed efficiently. I was speechless and would definitely recommend using One Clear services when you need rubbish removing efficiently. I had One Clear come today to remove my rubbish from having a bathroom and kitchen renovation . I booked them the evening before and they came on time as promised.

The booking was carried out efficiently and without fuss was confirmed and at a very reasonable price .
