Well, they don't deserve even a star. Terrible service! Have installed 5G and microfiber techonology at home, it is never stable. When you call them, they say: we will adjust in a few minutes, maybe the network is overloaded. That's ridicoulous! They are thieves, they do not recompense in any way. It's the same situation for all the services they offer.

Zero review for this company.They bloked your numbers even when you pay bills.they don't cover everywhere in albania with network and are not responsible as company!!!

Thieves Company! Totaly Disaster.

Absolute Thieves, I paid for an online recharge through the app they took my money from the bank account but did not add that amount to my number. I've contacted 142 and nothing no recharge and no refund. F*** this company.

Paid 29 euros in Albania for a data package valid in various Balkan countries. Things already went wrong in Montenegro: no data. The One in Montenegro had 2 "solutions": buy a new card or contact the One helpdesk in Albania. How then, without data?? The customer is the victim. They won't solve it for you. They are scammers and pushovers.

They say that if you register the phone number in the app you get 10 gb, I did that and I didn't receive. I have contacted costumer service and the didn't do anything. Bed costumer service.

Kompani mashtruese nuk te jep asnje zgjidhje nese situata nuk ka shkuar ne polici. Familjaret e mi kane arritur te zgjidhin problemet vetem ne momentin qe kane njoftuar policine. Nderkohe e fundit nga gjithe kalvari mashtimeve i Kompanise One eshte kontrata e celularit qe prej muajit janar 2024 (moment ne te cilin kontrata perfundonte) nuk po arrin te mbyllet pas 6 muajve rradhazi kerkesash ne dyqanin e 21 dhjetorit kerkesa te cilat as nuk ju rezultojne dhe pretendohet qe nuk jane pranuar pa asnje lloj arsye sipas specialisteve te dyqaneve kerkesa e fundit e muajit maj edhe pse eshte kryer nje pagese per mbyllje serish nuk po i jepet zgjidhje dhe vazhdon sms e faturimit e permuajshme fjala e vetme qe degjojme eshte 'prioritet' por qe nuk e dine kuptimin e kesaj fjale. Kompania e vetme ne Shqiperi qe te mashtron dhe nuk i rregjistron as ankesat dhe as kerkesat e klienteve.

Terrible service, terrible internet, terrible company, the only thing they are good at is Stealing money from customers. In a week I had to do 3 payments for my internet. They said I ran out when I didn’t even used it . Ugly thieves !!!

Terrible support. I asked 3 months ago to close some numbers that agreement is done, and still not closing and pretending money for them. It's a scam!
