ONE Sports Warehouse Anmeldelser

Very prompt service with dispatching our order and were very transparent when the package went missing with DHL. Simon and his colleague rang to advise what they had done to resolve. Our package turned up (albeit 4 days late) One Sports refunded the express postage that I had paid due to inconvenience 👍

Simon and his team are so helpful and knowledgeable. Great to be able to try out sticks before you purchase, huge amount of choice. Definitely worth the 45 mins drive to get the right kit with this kind of service. Good to support a good local family business.

A great company with super efficient delivery and great prices

Ordered twice now this month . Definitely use again . Good choice and no problems with delivery

Lovely staff - know their stuff - good opportunity to try kit out.

Great store, great service.

Ordered easily and when the parcel didn’t arrive a second pair was se t very quickly - which I will return when they arrive as first parcel eventually arrived

I wouldn't go anywhere else. They know what you need and stock great kit. Service was excellent and practice area is brilliant to try out the stick before you buy.

Been buying from One Sports Warehouse for a couple of years now and the service has always been first class. Goods always arrive well packaged and damage free always have a little sweet in the box !! (Really nice touch !! When replacing your equipment is first thought One Sports Warehouse should be your second !!

Always great customer service from the guys at OSW! Ordered a stick and was able to collect it the next day from the store, which is great to have as a local player!

Brilliant service. Delighted with my purchase - mini hockey stick.

Lovely personal touch with sweets and named parcel packer. Feels like your staff are accountable which means that service will be better. Thanks.

Superb company, next day delivery and a cheeky sweet in there too!

The customer service is super easy, friendly and a great company to work with.

SWS Coaching will be coming back for more equipment before our Easter Hockey Camp!

First class customer experience. Endless patience and enthusiasm to ensure we got the right kit. A true demonstration of knowledge about the sport as well as the equipment. We had ONE Sports recommended and now we know why. Thanks to everyone.

Friendly, personal, knowledgable service

Very quick delivery.

Well worth the stop en-route North from Hertfordshire- a super set-up with great service & coffee! The help and guidance was second to none, although I don’t know of anywhere else where you can try out sticks in the same way. So refreshing to be able to try and buy in person, so much more than the ‘old school’ sports shops. You’ve nailed it, well done and thank you, we’ll be back 👍🏻

Needed some penalty corner protective equipment at fairly short notice. Team sourced what we needed and got them ordered and dispatched in just a couple of days - in time for our match. Brilliant price and service.
