They are the worst loan company to go to please if you can avoid them at all cost, I requested for a loan to be paid back in 4months, after 4months I contacted them for repayment plan as I couldn’t afford to pay the full loan back, only for them to be charging interest daily on the current loan so that the repayment is double the loan I requested for robbery in broad day light, I communicated with them, then they had the nerve to send me a stupid legal email saying they have been trying to contact me which is a big fat lie and they put on Equifax that I have a default even though I have been paying monthly, I will be taking legal actions against them myself, if you want headache and unwanted mental health stress proceed with this company.

The reasons i m only giving a 3stars there fast at give the payment you have asked for but it seem that i m not getting anyway when the amount of how much i own goes down to around £230 and within a month its gone back up £257.63 when other loan companies i ve been with only charge you only one lot of intrest

I kept receiving emails from this company offering me a loan. £400 then £1000. Finally I gave in and applied only to be told they had too many applicants and had cancelled my application.

sent email saying won't iet me log in so could pay then threated court still can't pay or log in

I’ve tried emailing your customer services a couple of times to cancel my loan application as your asking for payslips which you never asked for the 4 other loans I had took out. I just want the application cancelled so I can resubmit my application at a later date

I have had 6 loans with ondal no problems and have paid them all back on time or paid them off early.
I have applied for a 7th loan and i have been declined??
None of my circumstances have changed and were the same when I was accepted for the other 6th loans i've had with them. Seems as though they have declined me because ive paid them off early so they are not getting much interest off me??

Same as others I repaid 2 loans on time and the third I paid early. I applied again and they refused my application. Funny how everyone that pays early doesn’t get accepted again. Stupid way to do business. They just like to squeeze as much interest from you as they can.

Doing business with Ondal is an absolute nightmare. I took a loan scheduled for 6 monthly installments. After paying the first 3 months, they suddenly breached their own terms and demanded the immediate payment of the entire remaining balance. When I pointed out our legal contract, they launched a relentless bombardment of hostile phone calls and aggressive emails. They are using outright blackmail, threatening to ruin my credit history with rating agencies unless I bow to their sudden extortion tactics. This is not professional lending—it is digital harassment and a financial trap. Save your sanity, guard your privacy, and stay a million miles away from these people!

I never applied to get a loan with them! I'm not sure from where they got my details, but i'm 100% sure i never applied for a loan with them, as i would never apply for a loan with crazy APR...
I've asked them even to remove my details from their database, and they said that because i've applied for a loan with them, they can't do that, which is false!
I will go with a full complaint to FCA, and will also ask solicitors to step in!

Absolutely the worst can't get through to them on the phone. Nearly on the phone for good 30mins no answer.

Interest keeps getting higher after setting a repayments. No way of getting through customer service.

Worst lenders instead I’ll call it a trap. Initially they process loan very swiftly but right after that they wakes you up with text messages and emails. I applied for loan to get out of stress but Ondal ensured increased stress and depression.
I won’t recommend ondal loans even I have to become bankrupt.

This company doesn't deserve more than one star. For almost a month I am unable to access my account and nobody seems to care in the Customer Service Department. This look like a poor strategy to make you accrue more interest. They never answer the phone and once you send them a message via the contact form, you get some sort of answer from an email you can't reply to. Stay away if you don't want to get scammed by this loan shark.

I applied for a quick loan online and was transfered to ondal, I had a text this morning, directed to site, they allowed me to increase my amount, and within 5 minutes money was in my account, im actually in shock how easy and straight forward it was, thank you

DO NOT USE

I had an instalment due 29.06.2026, as per their email - funds available and no payment attempted. Payment attempted on 01.07.26, when other direct debits are taken. I I’m me transferred funds and made a payment via their webpage.

Thereafter I received several emails and texts demanding the payment in full/late payment fees. I called to confirm my payment was successful and instalments remain the same - this was confirmed on the phone.

Days after I’m still receiving emails demanding the balance in full. I’m not financially facing repercussions for this company’s late collection of funds.

I have contacted them via their webpage and telephone and seem to be getting nowhere!

The good reviews on here must be bots, I got a loan last month first repayment was yesterday the money wasn’t taken I contacted them they said it’s a delay on their end not mine so it wont affect my account negatively the next day the money still wasn’t taken so I made the payment myself 30 minutes later got a text saying my payment is late and I’m now being charged a daily late fee I’ve called more than 10 times and each call was rejected th one time it rang I was on hold for 20 minutes then rejected, contacted them twice on email showing the email where they said it’s their fault and I won’t be charged then again showing I paid and shouldn’t be charged a late fee. Please don’t use this company they are scammers.

What the hell is going on. got a message stating i missed my installment on the 30/06 , and that my loan payments are now overdue ??? How is this even possible when you take money from my debit card that has money on it. Now instead of stating the payment is overdue they have said the whole loan is now payable ??? and that i need to call them urgently. Guess what i called and for 30 mins still no answer. To me that is a major red flag . Please be careful taking out a loan with them . The system they are using is not fit for purpose and the customer service is non existent .

Took a loan out, the first date the payment was due they said my bank had denied the payment and I had to pay manually, I put a manual payment through then three hours later the bank payment came out meaning I’ve paid twice. Not happy they even sent me texts saying I was in arrears when I wasn’t it was just they hadn’t even tried to take the payment yet, now I’m down money as I’ve paid twice!

unsatisfying, asked the give a phone call but need to wait nearly 30mins. How come? The interest rates on loans are so high and can’t discuss about it. Do not use this loan
