System is horrible and I'm still not doing with my renewal because of all these systems issues. Every 5 min I have to renew and do the BIO security thing which is annoying and the system was glitchy.

Advantages of Online Classes
I liked of the online class. Flexibility: Great benefit is being able to do the class on your own time schedule. Reduce costs. Easy format to follow: The BSA/AML course required me to take an pre-test. As I didn't do so well it refresh the information with a very explicit video that is easy to understand. Finally passed with a score of 100%.

Your ads are designed to mislead and force customers to buy additional credits. The time and aggravation is worth more than the cost of your coyrse
I just did a survey and called and complained. You know my issues and I’m extremely upset with oncourse for two main reasons. First you made my elderly disabled father go through hell before you’d give him an alternative to biosig because of his shaking hands. Shame on you for that. Then you sold us both courses labeled comprehensive that didn’t include my state specific hour. That’s not comprehensive. I called to explain my problem and your rep gaslit me telling me I’d receive an email to resolve the problem. Never came. I knew she was a lying by the way she hurried off the phone. So now you got me to buy another hour so I don’t lose my license. You got me over a barrel. I’ll never use you again at my company. I’ve been using preschools and oncourse learning for nearly 15 years and this is what I get. You suck

Unfortunately, BioSig is a separate company from OnCourse Learning that is mandated to be in our courses by the NMLS. The primary purpose for BioSig-ID is to ensure MLOs are completing education requirements in accordance with the SAFE Act. Please note that the BioSig-ID software is designed to inform NMLS of suspicious user behaviors. Please visit the following website for more information on BioSig: https://nationwidelicensingsystem.org/profreq/education/Pages/BioSig-ID-Help.aspx This is the BioSig support website. Once you access it, click on "Submit a Ticket" at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to a request form where you can request to get a password reset. In the Description box, put what new email you would like the password request to be sent to, along with your NMLS number. The support team at BioSig will be able to take care of the escalated issue.
