Awful customer service.

They are not a good company at all. They are quick to take your money for cheap faulty items. They will make every excuse not to refund your money, even though you followed their instructions. Horrible company. Please please save your money and shop at trust worthy sites.

I bought a product that I never received. I use this company in past with no problem. I wrote an email regarding that but no replay. I am not impress and with the no reply they just lost a good costumer.

I purchased a CCTV twin set through OnBuy and one of the modules arrived with a faulty connector. What followed was an absolutely horrendous returns process. OnBuy made everything difficult, slow, and obstructive at every step. It took threatening court action just to get basic progress.

I only ever made one purchase with them and immediately requested my account be closed afterwards. The whole experience was unacceptable. Avoid this platform – it’s not worth the stress.

Hochwertiges Markenprodukt bestellt und bezahlt, billigste China-Imitat erhalten. Nach Beschwerde wurden mir erst 30% Nachlass angeboten. Ich habe erwidert dass auf Alibaba der optische ähnliche Angebot für wenige Euro zu haben ist, ich nicht an diesem Teil Interessiert bin. Darauf wurden mir 80% angeboten. Nach Wochen immer noch kein Geldeingang. Der Händler hat eine auf Nachfrage erwidert dass nie eine Abmachung zur Rückerstattung bestand

Bought from ONBUY, or so I thought. The item was from China. Package damaged when received. I have tried to return it, first advised ONBUY. The seller was not accepting my return. This is still on going, both with ON buy and the seller. I am really angry, I am well within the 30 day return. I have sent it back to the address On buy gave to me, cost £4.95. Plus losing my £13 paid for the item. WILL NEVER BUY FROM ON BUY AGAIN.

I specifically asked if the parfums are originals and the response was yes.

My parfum has no smell.

I ask my visitors and they report no smell.

I ordered a sliding door with rail, what arrived was a POP UP SHOWER TENT !!! What an absolute joke !!! I will never order from here again and I suggest you don’t either. I was asked to send proof why I want to return and offered me 6£ as compensation off the price of the tent . Joke I don’t want or need a tent I want a door apparently if I reordered another a tent will turn up

I bought large lounge centre mat from this website. The quality is great and the buy is unbeatable. Will be buying more soon for the site.

Avoid. Two orders both cancelled by them. Money not returned yet. These are scammers. Be warned.

I placed an order and it has taken a ridiculous time to be delivered and im still waiting. I wrote a review on their website giving 1 star and telling everyone to buy else where and not to use the site or their seller and they sent me an email thanking me for a great review ???????

DO NOT USE ONBUY IF YOU WANT AN ITEM IN A HURRY their a con and I will be returning the item as I was able to buy from somewhere else In The matter of days.

Do not buy from Onbuy. I am still struggling to sort out the fact that the wrong item (looking very old with a hole in the box, anyway) was sent to me. Retailer has promised to send me the correct item but has not - nor responded to my messages. Unfortunately, Onbuy do not seem to want to help - totally irresponsible.

I ordered two fans which took ages when they came they didn't resemble the picture and they are absolutely rubbish hardly any air comes out so they have gone in bin pointless buying them

Having already left a poor review on this company not vetting their sellers, I can confirm that on buy are no better. Having requested additional information re my order that has not arrived after 2 weeks, they then send me an e mail saying my order is being prepared! Avoid at all costs.

⭐ 1 STAR — SCAM. Ordered a fridge for £600. Never received it. Seller bought it secondhand for £299 and sold it to me as new. Ignored all my messages. Reporting to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. Other customers have had the same experience. AVOID.

I think this company is a phantom! There is no way to contact them! I received a message from their supplier that they cannot deliver my order because I am not at home! And this is not true because I am at home! When I tried to contact them, I realized that it is absolutely impossible! I think I have been scammed! No way

Scam site Bought vitamins on the site. The delivery was late and the product was not as advertised. Seller claimed to be in China. This was never made clear at the time of purchase and the all delivery information indicated the item was sent within the UK. No way of contacting on buy Definitely do not buy anything from this site !!!
