However customer service was superb. I ordered late on a Sunday evening. I had a query was speaking to someone within a minute. Changed my order and despatch notification within minutes.

Excellent kettlebell. The kettlebell is really well made and works brilliantly. It arrived well packaged.

Tip: wipe the thread on the inside with some tissue to remove some of the grime/grease; this makes it easier and quicker to fasten the nut on the thread.
