My chicks love their Eglu and when asking questions of customer service about accessories I was answered very quickly and efficiently by a friendly agent. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Update on the cube. Just went through a severe cold spell (-8 degrees with -31 wind chill and 6inch of snow) about a month ago in S.W. Ohio that lasted several days. I had a temp of plus 1 degree in coop and the girls were all fine. Seems to me the coop will keep the girls just fine during anything Mother Nature throws at it. I do have the cube in a covered 7 by 10 green house for some protection from heavy snow and rain during the cold months and will remove in spring but they are exposed to the cold and no problems. Cube rocks.

Ordering is so easy, I love the ease of ordering, and the choice of ever growing chicken accessories! I have new chicks coming, and need to make the Eglu Go Up run longer, with more perches, to keep 8 current hens, plus 6 chicks on the way happy happy!

We have been very please with our purchasing experience with Omlet. Once we got our coop, I was very pleased with the design, innovativeness, material quality and instructions. Everything has been well thought through for the pleasure for our girls.

I just spoke to customer service because i had an issue with a delayed shipping but they explained it all and made sure i understood everything. I then ordered another product (the winter Jacket for the MK2 Cube) and everything has been great. should be here in 3-7 days. Very happy with the service from this company.

I have purchased 2 lg coops with heavy winter cover for both. 2 runs 7x12x9 with one attached to 9 ft run. plus numerous other items for chickens. i hVE FOUND IT TO BE THE BEST FOR CHickens.

Nice but hard to order, hard to assemble and $$$$$
It's a nice coop but it's VERY costly, it's complicated to order (especially when this is one of the millions of things you have to do) and very complex to put together. I have 3 degrees and it took me a week to figure out how to do it. the instruction booklets are inadequate and poorly written, sometimes not even sent. the website videos dont work on all browsers and youtube videos were the only way i was able to put this together. that took a bit of searching and way more time than i had planned to spend on this.

10/4/22: Omlet reached out, commenting that i had left no way for them to contact me. I informed them that prior to leaving the feedback above, I spoke with their customer service, who was very polite but not able to assist/was unhelpful. As such, my feedback to TrustPilot stands.

10/14/22: Omlet reached out, replaced the missing part. the difficulty with assembly (no/inadequate instruction booklets), nonfunctioning website videos are still an obstacle but i appreciate their assistance with providing the missing part and am able to put the parts together with the help of youtube videos.

Very easy to order. I was having difficulty deciding which litter box to get, so the video was very helpful!

Why is the eglu go NOT designed to connect directly to one of the walk-in runs? Seems like a no brainer. So figuring out that problem we emailed to figure out what we needed. No Answer. We bought a "connector kit" figuring that's what we needed.... Nope. that doesn't connect the eglu GO to the run either. We have to have a full 6 ft run on the eglu go to attach it to the walk-in run. What?! We didn't want a 6ft run PLUS a walk in run. We wanted the coop to connect to the wall of the run. Ok.. whatever... y'all got more money. Enjoy I guess.

This is my third Omlet door order - LOVE this door! I wouldn't order any other automatic door.

Great to find a site with quality products! Needed to find a LARGE cooling mat for my Ragdoll Cat and you had one!

Ordered a coop and run. The run arrived with several missing panels. Short story is they took 12 days to respond and even then just said that everything had been shipped. After I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, they sudden very interested in responding my emails.

The coop is nice. The run, even if all the panels had arrived, is essentially a disposable run. Very flimsy panels held together by cheap plastic connectors that will not last long.
