OMI Alloy Wheels Anmeldelser

Amazing wheels fast delivery and great customer service very helpful. I would recommend to anyone thank you.

I had a great experience with OMI wheels. They sourced an alloy for me very quickly. It was delivered within a few days and exactly what I was looking for.
I would highly recommend OMI wheels for their great service and communication.

With little knowledge I was able to order
Through omi and make a saving on my tyre.
Alexander communication throughout the
Order was excellent. I would highly recommend omi in the future and the tyre
I received was a brand new tyre at a fraction of the cost than if I had of gone through Land Rover direct .

Having bought from these guys previously

Alex went above and beyond service-wise to find me a match on 2 set alloys I have already on my Audi self admittedly I’d left quite gap in purchasing the last 2 x which I then had concerns in the back of my mind that if it wasn't the same colour they wouldn't have it all.

However Alex pulled stops out a provided reassurance that he’ll find set to of which he shortly did before packing them up for me. I can't recommend these guys enough they are fantastic independent company.

Would definitely buy again.

well recommended them.

5 Star service.

OMI WHEELS top class service! My partners car needed a single alloy wheel and we couldn’t buy one single anywhere. Rang these guys and there was no questions asked and wheel was ordered and arrived in a few days. Brilliantly priced too and will definitely be back

commande faite chez omi wheel , jante pas disponible en stock , ils ont fait la commande au fabriquant délais 1 mois et demie , jante bien reçu , réponse par mail rapide.

10/10 went above and beyond to try and find what I wanted and succeed..fast delivery will definitely use again if need

I placed the order. I paid everything and when the delivery was due I received an email that my order has been cancelled. Not by my so I don't know why. When I went on the website to order it again surprised me that the same wheels are £100 more than what I ordered. Stay away from them as they useless.

top quality products and friendly comunication

These guys came recommended to me after having issues with my genuine Mercedes alloy wheels cracking badly leaving my car unusable. I contacted Alex via email as wanted to check the wheel compatibility. He replied back within a couple of hours and confirmed the alloys I wanted would indeed fit ok. I ordered and unfortunately the stock couldn’t be found but he straight away sent an email apologising with images of an almost identical set that he had, which was so helpful as many big companies would have just cancelled the order, so i appreciated his help and recommendation . Communication was brilliant throughout. I ordered on the Tuesday and they arrived via DPD on Thursday, which is faster than advertised. There was a little confusion over the fixing bolts which after speaking to another really helpful guy on WhatsApp (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name but thank you for all your help) was rectified . They were fitted yesterday and not only look perfect, but our fitter commented on how good they looked and the quality of them. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone!

I do t usually write reviews but in this case I am.All round super experience, great advice when it comes to it concerned very knowledgeable, super responsive in reply, great price, and look amazing will definitely use Omi alloys again, recommended to friends and anyone else who reads this 5⭐️

Ordered my alloys from OMI wheels, had trouble with the delivery but they were amazing at sorting out the issue very quick and efficiently and they keep you updated on your order. Can’t fault the customer service and the alloys, i highly recommend OMI wheels👍🏽👍🏽

Great wheels and at a great price, was hard to find wheels that were cheaper at this standard. The finish and style was just the job. Aftersales support and assisting with a query was resolved fast. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant alloys and 10/10 service. Alex helped me with every query I had and ensured he went the extra mile, his customer service was great and he kept me posted throughout the whole process.

Bought alloys from this company.........one word. SUPERB!

Excellent service from OMI alloy wheels,
Always kept in the loop of my order and was delivered on time.

Bought my Alloys on the 9/5/23 around 3-4pm. They let me know that delivery’s had already been sent that day and they would try and get mine out also. Received the wheels today in perfect condition. Can’t recommend enough

Great service and helpful!

I am disappointed with my purchase, I bought a wheel on March 30th and have not received the product. I paid £50 for shipping and it normally arrives within 3 days, so it's been 15 days and still nothing. I already sent a message to support twice and there is no solution.
