We ordered my daughter’s homecoming dress. They reached out for measurements once they saw I had ordered 2 of the same dress in 2 sizes. Customer service was very fast, nice and helpful and we received a custom sized dress within 3 weeks. We are generally happy with the purchase, however the blue color and the cut on the back of the dress were different from the photo online. But my daughter still loves it! So overall a win!

We purchased our daughter’s homecoming dress from this website, after going to several stores and not finding exactly what she wanted. I purchased it early (two month before the event), so that we would have time to alter or purchase something else if it was not up to par (which is what I was sort of expecting, because you never know). We received several emails confirming her exact measurements within days of ordering and we received her dress in a week and a half and we are very happy with it. It fits her perfectly and is exactly how the photo looked in the description. We will purchase from this site again in the future!

The quality of fabric is wonderful, and they have good customer service( easy to work with). Disappointed in the way the product was sewn. I ordered a two piece dress, the top was mis sewn and the zipper was misplaced. I wasn’t offered a refund so I ordered a second top in a larger size so my seamstress can fit it to me. Still mis sewn. I’m not sure I would order from here again.

Dress was cheap looking! Slit was waaaay to high! Did nothing for my shape. Material was a no for me as well.

They were accommodating until I wanted to return the dress (of course). I gave a date that I needed the dress by… flat out accused me of wearing the dress to my wedding event & then trying to return. I am sure that happens, but that was not the case for me.

They put in email a different exchange policy than what is online. Which either way I was past the time, so that is on me.

Would of appreciated a less rude message when I asked on the return policy.

The dress was not what I wanted, it’s very prom like (not wedding). Material wasn’t what I expected. I am giving a one because of the actual dress. & a 2 for the full experience. Accommodating until they don’t want to accommodate. The accusation was very un professional & truthfully uncalled for.

The dress I ordered arrived with stains on it. The dress was also not as pictured. Only received a small portion of my money back

Love how fast they work to get you what you need, and the dress is beautiful. Would order again from site

The dress fit perfectly, but the quality was terrible. It felt coarse, rough and heavy like a tablecloth. The pattern of the lace also did not appear the same as pictured. There were many loose seams that were half unraveled when it first came out of the bag.

I was shopping for a quinceañera dress for my daughter that she could use later on as a prom dress. Most quinceañera dresses are big, expensive and then only used once. I happened to be looking on Pinterest for ideas when I came across ombré prom. I looked at their prom dresses and found this beautiful ivory one. It was everything my daughter described as the perfect dress. After putting in a order (we bought size 0 for my 5’3- 105 lb daughter) and received an email the following day that they could actually make the dress her size if I could measure her. I decided I didn’t want to mess up measuring her and just went with size 0. Their customer service was excellent. A week after ordering I asked how long it would take to ship as the party was in two weeks. They emailed me quickly and said it would only take two more days to make. Shortly after it was shipped. I wish I could upload a photo for you all but we received so many compliments. Thank you so much, for making our event truly special. We will be ordering more from you all

Worst purchase ever, product delivery is different than what they show in their website. I put already a bad review in their page and they do not even published. I asked for a full refund and they are not willing to do more than 40% plus they want me to pay for shipment cost. Totally disappointed and I am worry of other people frustration paying for something special and receiving something below expectations just a few days before using the dress.

I cant complain...They dress was a wishlist and they feel in love with it.. The order arrived soo er than expected. Customer service was great. Thank you for making someone smile 😊

At first when I tried to order this dress it was notified as fraud, but my mom was able to order it. I was skeptical because I love this dress I just didn’t want to pay a lot of money for it, but I love it it’s going to be my prom dress! The corset part of the dress is sturdy but you’ll have to tighten it to give your boobs support. The metal holes for the corset part are falling off, I’ll have to fix that myself which I’m not happy about. I have my custom measurements and they did a great job, it runs a little long even for me and I’m tall.. just make sure you’re measuring correctly. Also the color of the flowers is true purple not blue, I like it this way but some other people might care. The background color is a cream warm toned off white. There is enough spin in the dress it feels good quality. I reccomend this website to people who really like the dress! The customer support was really nice as well and it shipped really fast.

I ordered a dress for my daughters 1st communion. Best experience and customer service! It got earlier than expected. The dress was more than I expected! It was custom made for her size, with no extra charge. - can’t wait til her communion! Thank you and thank you and thank you!!

Dress came and it looked nothing like the picture. I gave my measurements and it was still way too big.

Very professional. The communication was amazing. They wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. They reached out to confirm sizing and measurements with me serval times and walked me through the whole process.
