Very disappointing experience with OMAC USA.
The product I received did not fit my vehicle and arrived in poor condition with visible defects. The overall quality was far below what was advertised and not acceptable for the price.
This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience, and it’s clear that there are serious issues with quality control and product accuracy.
I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company again.

Quality of materials is excellent
Quality of materials is excellent. However, the fit is not very good. It does not take into account the amounts for the seats and such things. It’s not very well thought out. Also the floor liners slip around on the carpet. There are nothing to help grip it from moving. But I said earlier, the quality of the material is great.

7 days later no package no shipping updates. OMAC Stated they would check with the shipper to have shipping updated and never did. Never will use again for my business.

My profound disappointment regarding a recent purchase and the subsequent customer service experience. As a loyal Model S accessories customer, I was dismayed to receive a rear cargo mat that is significantly undersized and fundamentally defective for its intended purpose.
Attempting to resolve this product issue proved equally frustrating. My interactions with your customer service were dominated by automated responses and redundant information requests, turning a simple return into a protracted and inefficient process devoid of personalized assistance.

The item was in bad condition, like used before
We revive the order, the item was not new, it was used, full off scratches. We get money back from eBay. My daughter ordered the same item 3 weeks later, she also get a item with scratches and looking like it was used before. The coustomers service didn’t give any answer, nothing. Never again on this company

The running board that don’t fit
The running board came one end of the box taped, when I toke the boards to the body shop I was told that a part was missing and that this board would have to be modified to fit my car. This winded up costing me extra money. I wished I had went to the dealer to purchase the running boards.
