We dealt with Nicola, extremely knowledgeable and great customer service. Easy to talk to and very good at what she does. We were very impressed with the packaging of their products as this was our first time visiting their warehouse. Over all, very satisfied with our 1st purchase, look forward to work with you guys.

My review is on the green plantain crisp. Its nice and crisy but they need to reduce the amount of salt added to it

To be honest I don't have an issue with this brand. Wondering why all the negative reviews. As a shop owner, some of my best selling products are Olu Olu. The plantain chips are a winner. With high cost of production, prices and sizes are bound to change but even with current prices, there is still a healthy profit margin. There are a few cheaper options out there, but if you want quality as I know it, then Olu Olu is one of my go to. Now lets talk about customer service... its always a delight to pop down to the office in Leyton. Very friendly reception and helpful sales rep; Krushna and Neenu thanks for always being helpful, coming out of the counter/office to help/advice, adding a personal touch. Makes all the difference. Keep the good work up!

If it’s possible to give 0 star, that’s what they deserve. I cooked Olu Olu honey beans for 4 hours and it’s not soft. I feel so bad, gas wasted, time wasted. I don’t think I want to get any product from this company anymore.

I was highly disappointed.

I bought honey beans and it was full of weevils please don’t buy

I bought oluolufoods palm oil and it is foaming when I’m not frying it. It also smells somehow. My first Tim of trying this brand. Not gonna buy it again. I’ll have to throw the rest away cos it doesn’t taste or smell like palm oil

The products is always out of stock, that will be the plantain chips, i dont know how you expect people to buy if they go on the website and it's not available for sale. Please make it make sense

Ordered one full box of green Plantain chips too much salt, Please can you do your research Asian African community does not like Salt because we’re prone to high blood pressure. Can you please cut down on Salt? If possible do not use no salt the plantain will sell more.

I have been buying olu olu products to distribute and retail for many years back and its remains the indigenous afro Caribbean and Asian products in the world. Nicole and Krushna have been wonderful with me always.

I like the oluolu plantain chips , especially the unripe(green pack).
The constructive feedback is to improve on the mixing of the chips. You might open one pack and it will be very salty, another might not have any taste and other might be fine. I will prefer for it not to have a taste than salty. Too much salt is not good for anybody's health.

I'm really happy with the customer service experience I had with Oluolu foods. I was called by Krusha and told about the delay in sending my product and when it was going to be delivered. I had a good experience and appreciate the customer service agent, Krusha, for your constant call and care.

Honestly what can I say, these people know about customer service. Because I was having some issues ordering the chips first it was sold out on the website with it being changed. Then i ordered again and it went wrong again! But they were very helpful with everything and got me back as a customer🥰

They started out well with their products but have declined terribly… the green plantain chips used to be half full and mildly salted but are now barely one-third full and over-salted. This will definitely increase the risk of High Blood Pressure. probably trying to maximise profit. Maybe you should look into your products.
