Olson really helped me with the technical aspects of the order as this was my first time specifying such equipment and I had particular needs. Great overall, can't fault.

Great company, rapid delivery. Very happy and proud to be able to replace the old “made in UK” electrics on my restoration project with new equivalents.

Friendly, accommodating and super efficient!
We always seem to contact Olson when we need something urgently. They go out of their way to establish whether they can make and deliver what we need in the short time frame that we have. Their products are great and the staff are brilliant. Highly recommend!

OE saved the day, or my day at least.
An item had been missed from our Bill of Materials. The specified part was an Olson Electronics part number, that I thought I would struggle to get within required timescales.
Spoke to the people at Olson who took the order on directly. Paid over the phone and the part was delivered two working days later.
Exceptional service for a part that was 'made to order'

The products is very high build…
The products is very high build quality, the build quality exceeded my expectations. It forms part of a new ‘separates system’ I am currently putting together. I have not yet had chance to use the power block as I am still awaiting delivery of several items for my settup
The shipping l was super fast and I received plenty of status updates
The flat rate fee of £15.00 for shipping, with no alternative option offered, leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
Maybe an explanation, even a very brief one, would help the customer swallow the fee.
e.g shipping is ‘Next Day’, shipping is with a high quality shipper (UPS, DPD, Fed Ex), shipped items are fully insured. These are just suggestions.
Having well researched the product field and decided upon this Olson product I decided to swallow the fee to endure I got the product I wanted and I assumed from the high shipping cost that the shipping element of my overall product purchase would be of the
