very very bad. They don’t reply to emails

I ordered 2 of the same dress in different sizes from this company believing they were UK based. They didn't arrive for over a month and the event I ordered them for had passed. When the items eventually did turn up they looked nothing like the images on the website, extremely poor quality and unwearable. I battled with them to obtain a refund but was informed I'd only be entitled to a 30% refund if I returned the goods to CHINA?! at my expense... My advice, contact your bank as they are clearly scammers!! Bank were super cooperative and obtained a refund for me in full, I also cancelled my card just to be safe!!

Absolutely dreadful. Spent £30 returning items and have received no refund. They have now stopped replying to my emails

Exactly the same experience as everyone else. Ordered a dress. Came late and very poor quality. Paid for return which was about £25 for it to be sent back to me months later saying it’s been rejected! Poor company, poor service.

Spent over £150 on clothes only for them to be terrible quality. Then had to spend £24 to return as instructed by the customer service email (clearly all just ChatGBT responses) only to now be told 2 months on my refund has not yet been processed as they have an error on Shopify so no refunds will work 😂 laughable. Please don’t shop here!!! I will be reporting to Shopify too.

Total Scam! I wouldn’t have given any star only that I was one of the lucky ones and received my hoodie. Totally different to what I had ordered, very lightweight and cheaply made, no label, tag or sizing on the hoodie and a misspelt print in the back instead of Pink the word Piny!…almost laughable only that it’s $70 aud down the drain.

Please do not buy from this site! The quality is absolutely shocking for the price. And then you have to return the stuff to Asia!! Waiting ages and ages for it to come didn’t even need them any longer as the events had passed weeks before.

Een totaal andere trui ontvangen dan op de foto staat en de jas was te groot dus ik wilde graag retourneren. Dit kon niet omdat het sale items waren. Maar in hun voorwaarden staat dat dit duidelijk aangegeven moet worden bij het item zelf. Dit was totaal niet het geval. Veel mailtjes gestuurd maar ze negeren totaal waar ik het over heb en het feit dat de trui compleet anders was boeide ze ook niet!

Awful- came 2 weeks late, far too small when I ordered a medium. Poor quality for what it was worth. Website not working to find out about returns!

I would highly suggest not to order off this website. Not only did it take my order over a month and a half to come. When it came the dress was absolutely ridiculously small fitting And it was a size 12-14. Not a chance it was that size I would say it was a size 6 maybe even smaller. And not entitled to a refund. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

A total of £180 uncluding 2 items I didn't order, just added on!
£32.65 in shipping back to China, even though it came from a UK depot, and it's been sent back to me as "unclaimed" after months of waiting for my money.
Apauled!!!
As this was purchased through a credit card, I was advised to carry on woth this process. Failing that I am to take it back to them.
I have a long list of emails and evidence alone the way.

They will take your money, refuse a refund, then send you around in circles on a wild goose chase to blame courier services. This is a dishonest company!!!

Total scam. Ordered jumpsuit that kept being posted on my IG. Paid in full. Took a month to arrive so no longer required as too late. Throughout the waiting game for item I was in daily email contact advising item too late so cancel / do not bother to deliver. Every email reply sounded sincere and I was told wait until it arrives and then we will advise of return process. It arrived yesterday and now when I email them, it advises I have been blocked. I am unable to send message on IG as blocked too. On website if I try to access it gives an error message. They have clearly scammed me and even tho the item here it isn’t needed and not only that it is nothing like picture - it awful!!! Avoid this company of low life thieves!

Terrible company. Complete scam. Please read other reviews before emailing the same mistake I did and purchasing from this company. It is a scam, you WILL lose all your money! And the quality is absolutely TERRIBLE. Items from primark or shein are 10X better quality

I hate to leave negative reviews for companies as understand things can go wrong but I want to warn people of this company.

I ordered 2 items which do not fit and therefore wanted to refund.

Firstly, they kept offering me discounts rather than the option to refund. After I declined the first offer, they then tried to make me a better offer. If the items fit me, I may have been inclined to have to have taken an offer but this was frustrating as almost felt like time wasting due to the time I needed to return the items by.

Once I managed to have them agree on allowing me to return, the items needed to be posted to China and at a cost to myself. This was written on the website so was my fault for not fully reading, although they do have an office in the UK so this policy was further frustrating.

On payment for return postage to China, my parcel went missing. I was I was informed by Royal Mail that the parcel is being returned to myself because Olivia Mae did not answer their requests for an invoice when at customs in China. Royal Mail said this is a standard practice and when companies don't respond, it's usually for them to try and get out of giving a refund.

On emailing the company re this, they are now telling me they have an issue with their system preventing them from giving refunds and unable to give me an idea of when the issue will be resolved and there is no other way they can provided a refund.

Firstly, usually companies have many ways in which they can refund. Secondly, for a company to not have any idea when the issue will be fixed is unheard of. Finally, if the company knows they are unable to refund but have decided to continue selling to customers without updating their website to make this clear to their consumers, this is a breach of consumer rights/advertising laws.

I will never order from this company again and I advise anybody reading this to stay clear... I only wish I done more research myself before ordering 😭

Lucky I ordered through PayPal so making a claim. I guess it’s true you get what you pay for, last time I try a Jupe.

This company is a SCAM, avoid at all costs. Any positive reviews are a lie.

I ordered a dress from this company, which says it's based in the UK. The order took nearly a month to arrive from China. It looked absolutely nothing like the photos, and for a £50 dress, the quality was absolutely terrible - it was worth maybe £5 at most. It fitted terribly, the fabric was awful, and lots of sequins were missing.

When you try to return your items, they insist that you must return them to China, which costs £25-50 to return one item. EVEN if the items are damaged and deficient! They then pretend that they cannot process refunds, which again is just a lie to try to make you never get your money back.

AVOID at all costs.

Exactly the same experience as others. £150 dresses arrived two weeks than expected on 9th September 2024 I paid £25 for recorded delivery to the address stated. It was returned Royal Mail from them today December 28th, nearly 4 months later. No reason why just rejected and not accepting to sign for it there end.

Horrendous customer service. I ordered 2 dresses in my size (according to the size chart they provided). The dresses eventually arrived, unfortunately too small so I arranged a return following the instructions on their website. After my first email sent to them, it took another 3 emails and weeks later i got a reply from them. After multiple emails going back and forth for a few weeks, I was refused my full refund and offered other things such as a discount code and 60% of my refund ect, ridiculous offers. All I wanted was to return my dresses and get a full refund. I eventually returned it to the return address in Asia, had to pay postage myself of £25, tracking postage. Tracked my parcel for weeks which was sat somewhere in Asia for months, only for it to be returned to my front door 3 months later. 100% do not buy from this website, horrendous customer service, not good quality pieces for the prices.
