I’ve called and asked questions and have always received a friendly, knowledgeable, honest person on the other end of the phone who was able to give good guidance when asking about specific products. I love the personal touches they give each order. Like a personal note thanking me for my order each time I’ve ordered; and the bottles carefully packaged in a manner that no matter how rough the shipping is the contents are taken care of! Super nice touches we just don’t see now days. Love the “surprise and delight” aspect they give to all their customers!
