Took my money, failed to make an account for me. kept telling me account created and to make a website. every time i made a website they wanted to charge me again to complete the process. repeatedly asked for my money back under the distance selling laws only to be denied and ignored. Avoid..Crooks

I signed up because I was curious after reading a review that was probably paid for.

The website builder doesn’t let you edit basic stuff like individual page meta titles/descriptions or page URLs. Even the help guides seem to be for a different interface, so they’re basically useless.

Support is a joke. There’s no proper email address, no human, and no way to get help outside an AI chatbot that just goes in circles.

After reading other reviews warning about dodgy billing, I tried to cancel. There isn’t a cancel button anywhere I can see. I also can’t remove my card details. So that’s no cancel link, no email, no human, and no way to remove payment info.

When I try the chatbot, it conveniently “can’t find my account” even though I’m getting their confirmation emails to that same address. It asks for an invoice number, I give it, still can’t find the account. It asks for my site URL, I give it, still can’t find the account. After a few back-and-forths, the chat option disappears.

I’ve seen other people call this a scam and the company replies with the usual copy-paste lines like “we’ve added a cancel button now” or “you can call us now” which are lies. Avoid.

Scam. Can confirm other reviews. They charged my card and their website builder never loads. My card is in their system and I cannot remove it. I emailed them three times. No response. Filed a claim through my credit card company to get a refund. Now, I'm worried they will take my credit card and use it or sell the information. Not a good situation to be in. This is not a legit company!

They will bill your credit card and it's a total rubbish site and seems like a scam.

I didn't have a website in the morning but the next morning I got one thanks to olitt.Thanks olitt for my fast website.

Avoid this rubbish, this is a pure scam. They are completely unable to deal with customers, you are chatting constantly with AI. They are going to block you instaead of dealing professionally with problems. If they are real and not just a bunch of AI systems, they are the absolutely roockies of web services.
