Bag is lovely and fits my 15 inch laptop. It could do with some level of structure and instructions on how to change straps - the instagram reel is clunky and doesn’t show how to up close. I’ve watched it several times and they speed over it. Delivery: they let me pick a drop point, “ohh pod” but didn’t give the courier the info needed for it. This resulted in the bag being held at UPS for over a week, and I had to email olend. They would not divert to my house, after several emails they diverted to a shop out of my way. I had emailed so much I had lost the will to live so accepted it. Otherwise bag would have been returned to sender. So ridiculously clunky and too much effort required from me to sort it out for a method they let me choose at checkout. I asked to have my delivery fee returned which they did but tbh I’d rather not have had such bother and stress for a bag which was not cheap. If I knew what I know now I wouldn’t order. Wanted to love them, but they really need to sort out their delivery. Don’t allow customers to choose delivery options you can fulfil.

La borsa risultava consegnata, pur non avendola ricevuta. Il servizio clienti efficientissimo ha provveduto ad inviarne un’altra in poco tempo. La borsa con i nodi è bellissima. Ottimo il pellame, Fedele alle foto il colore (cherry). Ormai sono inseparabile.

The dumpling bag in cherry red is my absolute favorite. I always received so many compliments ! Also size is amazing, i can fit my whole life in it. Would love to buy another one for summer !

Nice bag especially for travels, I used it on my last trip to Barcelona, though I would prefer another case inside with a zipper.

The bag is good. The print is good. A comfy bag, smooth delivery, updated and as expected. The let down was the delivery company, when i recieved the, plastic bag is already torn and exposing part of the bag into the public which would have resulted further damage.
