I bought a briefcase for my husband a few years ago and the handle unfortunately broke. We tried to get it repaired in the UK but were unsuccessful. I contacted Old Angler and Mario was amazing. He repaired the briefcase at no extra cost. Amazing service from this company.

Anni fa mi sono regalata un bellissimo zainetto in cuoio. L'ho usato tantissimo e una delle due cerniere ha iniziato a sciuparsi, quindi, lo usavo meno. Poi, ho deciso di far cambiare quella cerniera e di ricominciare a usarlo. Cercando su internet, ho scoperto che era stato creato da una ditta artigianale che aveva sede vicino a Firenze e l'ho contattata. Lì ho conosciuto Mario, l'anima di Old Angler. Una persona davvero speciale. Un vero artista artigiano. Si è preso amorevole cura del mio zainetto. Non solo ha cambiato la vecchia cerniera mantenendo i cursori originali (diversi dagli attuali), ha anche nutrito e idratato il cuoio con creme speciali e me lo ha restituito praticamente nuovo. Infine, lui stesso me lo ha riportato a Firenze.
Il tutto, a titolo assolutamente gratuito.
Che dire? Non soltanto gli oggetti creati da Old Angler sono curati in ogni dettaglio, bellissimi e raffinati simboli di uno stile unico e di classe, sono anche la porta di accesso a un mondo di amore per il proprio lavoro e di attenzioni nel tempo per i propri clienti e gli oggetti acquistati. Un modo di essere ormai molto raro e molto prezioso.

Il set da scrivania è molto ben rifinito e il colore blu che ho scelto è moderno e diverso dal solito color cuoio. Il fatto che si possa personalizzare con le iniziali lo trovo molto carino.La consegna è arrivata in anticipo nonostante avessi trasmesso l ordine in ritardo. Grazie sono soddisfatta.
