My series 8 seamer is my favorite piece of equipment by far! Simple, powerful and reliable. I am a 1bbl brew house and I can the entire barrel into 16 ounce cans in 4 hours if I am solo or under 2 hou... Vis mer

Supervisamos nuestros envíos con UPS y, a veces, la aduana necesita más información. ¡Disculpa por eso!
Si necesitas algo más, avísanos. Nos alegra saber que está funcionando.
Order was fast, cans were crushed
Order was fast. Got it within 2 business days. A lot of our cans were crushed though so we lost a lot of them

Shipping can be tough with cans! Sorry you experienced that. If you send us an email with photos and a rough number of damaged cans, we are happy to replace them or issue you a store credit. Just shoot us details at info!@oktoberdesign.com and we'll help you out!
UPDATED Customer Support - manuals need update
UPDATED.....
Support emails were getting filtered in a really strange way. Appears there was a design change where the can guides are no longer needed and replaced with the centering rings. Took me a little to figure out I didn't need both and Oktober just needs to update their manuals/videos to reflect this change. So far a GREAT product and thanks again for getting back to me!

Hey Eric! It looks like we responded to your 9/16 email on 9/17 and 9/19. Would you be able to check your spam filter to see if it's getting caught in there? We're giving the number on file a call too, in case we can connect that way to help you out!

We ordered our first seamer and in the middle of production we had to cancel due to an unforseen expenditure. Even though they were almost finished with the production of the machine, the great people of Oktober were understanding and gave us a refund. Not only because of their great product, we also expreienced great customer service. Since that experience we have ordered a new Oktober Seamer and we cannot be more pleased. Easy to use and well built. We have canned over 10000 cans since and the machine (as long as you care for it) has not issues to date. Everytime we use it with confidence knowing that it will work everytime. Thanks Oktober! We can't tell people enough about you!
