I signed up in Feb 2025. I am really excited about the opportunity that they provide for my Real Estate Business! I have some work to do on my site but they explained everything to me and how to do it!

The representative was very helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and fantastic to help me re-activate my service! Highly recommend this company that went beyond to help me.

I watched an ad on one of the social network platforms and it was pretty convincing that they could improve our SEO through a few platforms that use voice search. So I went to there site and before you do anything they want our credit card info so I gave it to them and continued filling out their join form until I reached a section that asked for my google credentials and I immediately put on the brakes and cancelled without finishing the join form. So I received phone calls from someone regrading my cancellation. I could not understand him very well at all and it was 8:30 pm. Finally I had to get pretty strong and told him no and please stop calling me. I received a cancellation email which was odd because I never finished signing up. Of course that didnt matter because they ran my card for $149. Buyer beware.

Update. After doing this review I received and immediate response from Ok Local letting me know that they would refund my $149 and they did. Tey also let me know that they do not make outbound calls and aren't open at 8:30 p.m. E.S.T. Because they responded so quickly and gave me a full refund and explained their Google policy. I will take them at their word that they didn't call me and put that under huge coincidence of timing. Like I said in my first review the language barrier was huge so I really misunderstood what that person was saying. Regarding their Google policy, I understand that the only way to accomplish their service was for them to be added as an administrator to my Google page but I still can't do that. So for reaching out so quickly and giving a refund as well as explaining things more in depth I am changing my review to 5 stars.

I had a checklist of everything I needed in terms of SEO and had a general idea of what it all meant. I was intimidated when I had my first meeting with oklocal and a lot of the conversation was discussing things I simply did not have any understanding of. Rather than treat it like jargon and try to impress me with big words, the team made sure I understood the 'why' behind everything they did for my SEO. The leads came in and we knew exactly how to build on it because they saw me as a partner and not just a client.

Improved my local and overall SEO which led to a ton of new leads. They mapped out a plan in the beginning, stuck to it and deadlines. Very happy.

I signed up on April 29 and was excited about getting started. Well on May 29 I had not gotten a single call so I checked my dashboard and it was still on step one, that says, 3 to 4 hrs to verify or something like that. The little dial was still spinning like it was on April 29 when I signed up and none of the voice listings, siri, alexa, google, etc were working either. I called customer service and the guy I talked to said he sees the problem and it will be working properly within the next 2 hours. The next day I looked again and it was still the same way. I cancelled the service because after a full month and then pointing out a problem which I was promised it would be fixed and wasn't, I am very disappointed and will be looking somewhere else. It's a shame these guys couldn't do what they said but that makes me not believe they could get me listed and calls.

OK Local seem like a small "privet company" that works their best via ~ support at OK Local ~For me they were fast, friendly, professional and kind. I skimmed some reviews about no phone contact etc. and honestly I can not blame them. Some entities work best with online support for their clients and the others with a.i / live human phone support usually is with a higher price for the extra labor to get the about same results with OK Local!

this never got me the first lead was told it could take up to 3 months after four months i asked them to cancel they said sure no problem they are still billing my card and when you try to call the number it just goes to a busy signal when you go to the website that is on my bank statement nothing happens

Been with then about 6 months and I have not seen a difference trying to cancel and it will not let me sign in or change my password

The first couple of months were pretty quiet, but then I started getting a few more calls. Not a huge jump, but definitely some improvement.

When I first signed up, I didn’t really get how everything worked. The setup was a bit confusing, but after a few months, I started seeing more calls coming in. Overall, I’m glad I stuck with it

I wasn’t sure if voice search optimization was really worth it, but OK Local definitely made a difference. My bakery shows up now when people search for ‘best pastries nearby’ on Alexa. Only thing is, it took a bit longer than I expected to see results, but overall, I’m happy!

They have a form to fill out your business hours and i tried for hours to fill it out and it doesn't work. I also called their 888-735-4174 phone number and it just plays music. So, the contract says you can get your money back if not pleased in 90 days. However, they don't answer their phone.

Signed up, they took my money, Changed the website and I was no longer able to login. I was able to talk to one person who said their revamping the dashboard. Ever since I can’t reach a single person on phone - at least 5 times each time asks you to leave a message and NObody called me back. The Reset Password does not work either. I guess I'm left to issue a chargeback on my Credit card. HORRIBLE customer service.

Tried signing up - took my money, can’t reach a single person on phone - tied 5 times each Tim asks you to leave a message - tried chat said a team member will be with you in 4 minutes - 15 minutes later not a single peep - my email says it doesn’t exist

There advertising on YouTube says sign up and you not going to handle amount of the jod you going to get,but in reality there is noting in two months.Don't waste your time and money

I have 30 interested prospects a week. I am now able to hire 2 people full time.\\/

I never received already a Customer Service with quality and looking for common goals etc.
finally, the charges come and come to my account but never had published promised.
the Emails and Communication is so poor.

They do not do anything then they go after your money on your card. These people contacted me many months ago and did nothing on listing's do not trust them or give them your card information
