My package was shipped to a different address than the one I gave them and was confirmed to t hem by me. The post office delivered it to that address but they would not reveal the specific address - only that it was the same zip code. The post office said that I was scammed - the address and barcode were not mine. OKHall has written to me requesting the address it was shipped to, but I do not have it. Now they want my own address again.

Junk junk junk. Do not buy from this company

They are the biggest scam artists. Typical Chinese company. I should have known this would happen. Now they won't respond to my emails for a refund

Update on worry bear ordered on December 4th. December 25th received a notice U.S Postal Service with tracking number that package was seized for counterfeit postage.
Never again!

Purchase item, received the wrong one , and after many emails no communication.

I received a pair of “jeans” that had to be a backroom throw away. They weren’t even TRYING to fulfill their obligation. When I tried to get a refund, get this: They repeatedly said, “Keep the jeans, we’ll give you 10% refund. Back and forth for a week and they just keep upping the percent of refund (now 20%). Their site clearly states on their refund policy it will be a 100% refund. This is a SCAM business!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Junk! These jeans fit like a cheap department store pair of jeans. They're baggy and the material is cheap quality. Never buying again.

I definitely got scammed like the rest of the complaints.. I can tell you don’t let up on the emails - it’s annoying for sure but after about a week I got my refund. I noticed if you continuously say you do not want to keep the inferior product eventually they give in .. I asked multiple times for a return label because I wasn’t going to pay to ship back because it was not what I ordered . End result I got a refund an they don’t want them so I put them in with my goodwill donation

I thought I was ordering Judy Blue jeans after seeing them advertised over and over and over. This company steals stock photos from Judy Blue and advertises that are the real jeans. They are NOT. They are generic crappy jeans that are way too big. And ugly. NOTHING about the product they sent is remotely appealing. They offer a 20% refund. Then 30% then when I agrued they offered full refund with proof of return to CHIIIIIINA that will cost more that the product. DO NOT ORDER! FAKE!!!

Don't bother ordering. You're charged full price but receive a $2 item that looks nothing like pictured.

Do not order from this junk China company!!!! There products are false advertising!!! Quality is complete junk. Once you order you are stuck with it. No return unless you pay fee to return to China then only a percent back. STAY AWAY. Buyer beware!!!

I would give 0 if I could. They use other company pictures to promote inferior quality clothing that is cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a company out of China and will not honor returns. They will make you pay the shipping back to China.

This company doesn't even deserve a 1. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans and received 2 pairs. But I was charged for all three pairs... The jeans I received came from a USA address but because the jeans didn't fit and they are made terrible, I wanted to return them. That turned into several emails back and forth. They wanted me to return the jeans and I had to pay the shipping, to China.. It was going to cost a lot to send two pairs of jeans back. I asked for a refund but they were only willing to give me 10% which is robbery. So I paid $123.00 for three pairs of jeans. I only got two and my refund was $47.00.. Please do not order from this company!!!! I wish I would have looked into the reviews beforehand....

This is bait and switch. These are horrible. Horrible company. I should not have to pay to return a crappy product. DONT BUY EVER

Horrible! Run! OKHall is not okay!! I usually check up on these sites, but didn’t even realize I wasn’t on the site I looked up. That’s my fault, the rest is on them!! The quality is sub-par. According to THEIR return policy online, exchange can be made without a charge. Wrong! I followed their instructions and purchased the size their site recommended, they are too big. I asked to exchange and was told I could pay 9.99 more and get second pair in “correct size” & keep the “too big” ones. I said no just want my free exchange per website. They said that only applied to defect. It clearly states under size problem, exchange for free. I was told since I didn’t want to pay the 9.99, I could have a 10% refund and keep the jeans… they want to give me 4.50 on a $45 purchase or pay 9.99 more for them to try again. At the very bottom of their customer support site they say can NOT offer free exchange or returns, even though it states in other paragraph under size problem, that it’s free. This company is AWFUL!! Don’t make the mistake I did! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I’m left with either sending them more money, risking that the next pair is better or losing $40.50 to their con. Either way it’s a loss because they are cheaply made and poor quality.

Jeans were not as advertised - poorly made and missized. When I tried to return them, they would only offer 10% and said I would have to pay for the return to CHINA myself - it was more than the cost of the jeans. I should have researched better.

Would give 0 stars. Misrepresentation of product and refund policy required to pay for shipping to return to China which was more than the value of the product. I wouldn’t even call them jeans because of the low material quality.

This is a bait and switch--the women in the ad specifically state that these are Judy Blue brand jeans, and they are not. They are cheaply made and definitely not worth the price I paid.

Terrible quality. Nothing like what was shown online. They are a company from China and will only offer a 10% refund. I am so upset that I am out $50. Avoid a headache and Do not order from them !!

This is a scam ! I order 2 pair jeans they are not Judy blues . Quality is poor and they were sewed crooked on 1 leg. To get refund you have to mail back to China $48.00 I paid $80.00 for jeans. They did offer 10% refund and I keep sorry jeans .never again.Please don’t order from them.
