I feel as if I've been scared. Worked ok for a few days. Then I've tried to contact customer services but just got nowhere. I think they want you to subscribe to cloud. I find it impossible to reconnect to my WiFi. Total waste of money I feel I've been mugged.

The battery discharges very, very quickly.

Everthing went wrong with this O-Kam. From no battery life, spamming. I Cloud non stop adds to buy storage, Networking & Wi Fi constant disconnects,no returns after 1 month, finally it won't even turn on. DO NOT BUY.
Horrible is too nice of a word to describe this camera. It's a shame, the physical design looks great, BUT, the app & operation sucks.

Waste of money. I need to stop buying things froms FB. I can'[t even get them to work. I would like to get a refund, not seeing where that is possible.

I went to YouTube to watch a video and it was about sex.

I originally wrote an excellent review about the security cam I had just purchased from this company. The first cam lost its charge far too fast and the company were happy to replace it. As yet, I have not had chance to install the replacement cam so make no comment about the cam itself. What I do wish to make known is their free 3 day Cloud membership. This free membership is short term and I have forgotten the actual length of time. We all suffer from SPAM MAIL, Spam is usually initiated by unscrupulous persons somewhere along the purchase line selling your e-mail address and harvesting hundreds possibly thousands of items including names and email addresses by simply using a memory stick on their company's system. I have personally experienced this very annoying situation since getting involved with the NHS for scans, Xrays and visits to specialists. Somebody within the NHS system is probably making a small fortune harvesting and selling e-mail addresses. The contents of my Spam Folder suddenly jumped from maybe a dozen Spam Mails a week to 50 a day or more. There is a valid reason for me ranting on about Spam. Since purchasing the Battery Security Cam from this company, I have now receivedat least 150 to 200 Spam Emails all from different senders informing me, threatening me, stating my Cloud account is either due to expire or has expired and the account will be closed unless I do as the sender wishes. Prior to purchasing the Cam, I had nothing to do with the Cloud whatever and have never had any dealings or accounts with them. Obviously I have no idea how these Spam Merchants got hold of my email address and make no suggestion it was due to this company. It is however something any prospective purchaser should be aware of. Spam is rapidly now becoming the scourge of the Internet with very little anyone receiving it can do apart from constantly changing email addresses. Just as a matter of interest I am now receiving over 150 Spam emails every day of the week apart from Sundays into my Spam Folder. Many of these reference the Cloud or medical conditions. Somebody needs to do an in depth investigation into all aspects of the Cloud, the NHS and many other large organisations to stop employees harvesting private information and profiting from it's sale. You Have Been Warned about this company's Cloud.

Bag of crap worked ok for few weeks now doesn't even acknowledge when you walk past it reset done loads of times live works ok but does not detect nothing

Biggest waste of money
Never worked properly since I bought it did all the troubleshooting steps numerous times.
Hours of messaging to customer support with no positive results.

Easy to set up but keep getting bombarded with Cloud Storage adverts despite having an in built Micro SD card. Attached camera to an upstairs window, worked fine during daylight however once it gets dark, you get glare from the window( when the camera flashes) so recordings are pretty useless.
Wish I had read reviews before purchasing this product as product is virtually useless. Will reinstate my Ring subscription instead.

Don't waste you money on this scam product.
I purchased two of these cameras to cover the view from my bay window to keep an eye on my vehicle.
These seemed to work great for a few days then I seemed to be denied access to playback despite detections being made, whatever I tried (uninstalling the app, resetting the cameras, putting better quality SD cards in, still couldn't get access to recordings).
I believe it's because I haven't subscribed to the cloud storage facility and some sort of free trial period has timed out. So two new cameras are going in the bin, but of course O-Kam won't give a dam as they have made a sale and reaped your cash in. DO NOT BUY.

I can’t see my own camera without being forced to watch a commercial. I had someone trying to get in my door, and was blocked by a Temu commercial. It over rides your memory card trying to force you to buy storage, it’s a little spy from China. Don’t buy this camera

What a waste of money, wish my husband had read reviews 1st, doesn't recored unless you pay, bright lights effect it and doesn't stay connected to Internet... didn't return as prob not get a refund either, better off with my temu camera to be honest.

It took hours to set up. Main problem is that it doesn't like sun or strong lights. THis means the only window usable is south facing and the lady opposite has a search light at night outside her house.
If you want full usage it will cost $50 a year for cloud storage. So no real saving on traditional bell camera.
Check the area where you want the camera to patrol. The front vestibule has opaque glass so no use. Front window does not cover door step.
What can be seen is very clear.

A year of using this app with 2 cams, I'm planning on replacing my kasa and wyze brand cams with ones using O-Kam Pro... MUCH better, no issues with a galaxy S10, s21, s22 or s23 phones we have used with the app, I lean towards thinking those that have had problems with crashes are more akin to their devices processor or phone storage being low or something like that...

Simple to set up, but it's actually confusing what the cost is for the additional storage. Best suited to single glazing because, at night, it's pretty useless, as it picks up its own reflection from the outer pane of the double glazing. The one I have is powered, not battery.

If you don't use cloud the cameras are expensive. Keeps asking you to join cloud. Worse cameras ever bought.
