Only one piece of the item I wanted was left in the store only.
The team went above and beyond to proceed with the purchase over the phone and then to carefully pack it.
It arrived in a perfect condition.
So thanks again!

I popped into your Froxfield store yesterday. I wanted a lampshade in fact I bought two. I was also interested in some tea cups. I was looked after by a lovely and knowledgeable young woman, who gave me good advice. She also told me that the tea cups I had been interested in were in the sale at a good price I bought four! Such good service from a super associate. Always good to look around your storeroom.
