On days like this, we're seriously glad we took the plunge. The battery is fully charged and we're running completely off grid. No hard sell from the initial contact to signing the order form. The installers were great and did the whole fitting right on schedule and in quick time. They even brought a couple of extra panels along, just in case they could fit them on the roof - and they did! Seeing the positioning of the two chimneys on the apex, they also suggested isolators which turn off panels that are in the shade so as not to sffect the power generation from the rest. Hardly any disruption and they wouldn't even take a cup of tea! Great service all round. No wonder you're number one. Thanks for everything.

Very professional,extremely knowledgeable, friendly Electricians and Roofers.Nothing was a problem to this Company, right from the first meeting we were kept up to date with what was happening. Also, installed 20 Solar Panels on a day that suited us. Unbelievably cooperative. We have already recommended Ohk Energy to other potential customers.

Very easy process all round. 14 panels and a battery(6 & 8 - East - West aspect roof , Battery installed in attic) No high-pressure sales tactics during initial quote from rep. Sean. Didn't push me into largest/priciest system (Actually recommended a more modest system based on usage but I wanted larger) No technical jargon during Q&A. Two crews during install (Panels team & Battery team) were very efficient.. Not tripping over each other.. And finished same day. Highly recommended. Had a BER already done but Ohk Energy could have done it after install and saved me the bother. Would advise people to think about whether they need to do a BER before because you would have to get it updated after install. Good or bad BER more relevant for insulation than solar install.

The Company did everything they said they would. All their people from sales to installers were punctual and efficient and very courteous. Paperwork was a bit onerous and you would want to be very familiar with computers and the Internet.

The sales guys were helpfull informative and not pushey. The install was done on time and very fast. The install guys were excellent, fast and even got a good bit of craic from them. A lot better than other companies i got quotes from; who were pushey and over priced for what i was getting. The sigenergy is one of the rolls royce of systems and I couldnt recommend this company enough.
