Ich musste mein Paket von der Post abholen und noch 10 Euro Zollgebühren bezahlen. So hat mich der Terminplan 30 Euro anstatt 20 Euro gekostet.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we are very sorry to hear of the disappointment caused by the customs fees applied to the order received.
Sadly since Brexit has come into effect all orders shipping from the UK to the EU would be subject to the local customs fees, these fees may differ depending on the recipient country and value of goods purchased. Unfortunately these fees are not implemented by our team.
We are however working on an update for ohhdeer.com to be able to cover customs fees before orders ship out, making for a better shipping service for our international customers. We hope to be able to bring this out as soon as possible.
In the meantime if you need help with anything at all our team can be reached via help@ohhdeer.com.

Excellent customer service
Had a few issues with delivery of part of my order where an item was lost during delivery and then arrived damaged but the customer service team were incredibly helpful in arranging a replacement be sent out quickly.

From what I can see it appears that delivery of your has been attempted at the address you listed on the order. I can't seem to find any record of the order being sent to a different address.
As the courier wasn't able to make the delivery they are now holding the order.
A member of our team has been in touch via email so they can help resolve this issue for you. They have also contacted the courier to get an update on where the order is being held.

Unfortunately they didn't actually have the item I ordered, but it took 2 failuresto figure this out.
I ordered a pair of socks as a Christmas gift, the pair I ordered were designed for a guy. The pair I received were designed for a woman. The slogan on each version was the same, but the actual designs were very different, including each being a completely different colour overall.
I reported the issue, and was asked to provide a photo as proof. I quickly did and I was told they would send out the correct pair. I emailed asking them to ensure they were correct this time as we were getting very close to Christmas and I likely wouldn't have time to replace them again. I was told not to worry, and that they'd now moved them in the warehouse to avoid such a mixup again...
Of course, the replacement pair arrived and were wrong yet again...
I called and they guy on the phone said he'd personally ensure they were correct this time. However I was soon emailed to tell me they never actually had the men's design, only the women's which weren't actually listed on their site, and so couldn't fulfill the order and would issue a refund.
Overall a huge waste of time for nothing, even though I made every effort to ensure the same didn't happen again. Unfortunately left me looking for a replacement present on December 23rd, far from ideal...
The customer service staff I dealt with were very nice, helpful, and did genuinely seem to care, but they were ultimately let down by the warehouse/inventory teams. I cannot deny the whole thing was incredibly frustrating. Hence the 3 stars overall.
I would happily use them again, just not in a do or die, time limited scenario.
