Oscar worked out the source of our problem very quickly, figuring out where the pests were getting in and arranging to concrete over the holes in ours and a neighbouring property within a couple of days. In the weeks that followed he visited regularly to make sure the problem was taken care of and went above and beyond to give us advice on what to look out for going forward. Incredible service!

When we had mice in our ceiling he called round the same day, working into the evening well past his advertised hours, as he was already booked up for the day. I'm so glad we used OG - Oscar was not only lovely to deal with (responsive, informative and patient with my many questions), his service was to the highest standard, going above and beyond to ensure that our rodent problem was dealt with. Oscar is one of those rare people who not only knows everything there is to know about pest control but loves his work. Third generation in his chosen field he loves the difference his work means to people worried and upset by pests in their homes and businesses.
He is a wonderful example of a time almost lost when people had generations of experience to draw on. He is professional, responsive, thoughtful and patiently determined.
With our persistent mice he returned with not a hint of complaint or impatience week after week until he was absolutely certain that they had all gone when he sealed up the entry points and left us with a guarantee that he would come back if there was any return within a year. His work is real value for money.
Although we are delighted we no longer have mice in our walls, we will actually miss his visits as he is such a lovely person, truly reliable and trustworthy.

If you have a problem with rats, I would recommend this firm over all others (having contacted several other larger outfits, got quotes and tried a visit from the council that produced no results). Oscar responded quickly, explained everything very clearly, he knows his job inside out and seems determined to provide the best service possible. Lovely man to boot, who worked with us and neighbours simultaneously (fostering co-operation) which the nature of our drains required. No need for expensive camera surveys, no hidden costs, OG was very good value. Fitting valves to the drainage system, Oscar returned several times until he was completely satisfied the job was done. No rats in our basement since, and the valves are working well (no blockages that can happen if not done well). Thank you OG!

We noticed the rodents on an afternoon, and we immediately rang him (he was recommended by another resident in our building) - he came two hours later and visited every possible spot where the mice could have access. He placed the poison and he came for regular follow up visits (8 in total) to check on the mice. In 4 weeks from his first visit, the pest infestation was under control, and we haven't had any mice since.

Oscar helped us clear a Rat infestation which we had been struggling with for a while. Oscar spent a lot of time describing the process, discussing possible solutions and answering other questions ahead of his initial visit. When he came to our house he immediately identified the Rats means of access came up with a plan of action and set bait to ensure he fully understood the problem and their habits. During subsequent visits he closed the means of access by installing Rat gates and closing several holes withing two inspection chambers (working upside down!) The noise and smell beneath the ground floor and first floor void had cleared after his first visit. Oscars approach is professional and thorough. He clearly knows his business and gets a lot satisfaction out of going the extra mile and ensuring we are completely Rat free. He is very polite and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He will stop at nothing to clear the problem. From our experience we would highly recommend Oscar to anyone with a Rat infestation. We now live in a Rat free house but miss Oscars regular visits.

Oscar is brilliant at his job. Really thorough, he went above and beyond to make sure the mice were gone from our flat and wouldn't return. Oscar was so fantastic in dealing with our mice problem. They were more tricky to eradicate than initially expected but Oscar came back 6 times to make sure they had fully gone and guarantees the work for a year. Would definitely recommend!
