Much for this company !
Totally rubbish response time and attitude only assumes they can pick choose there jobs .
My response was utter crap !
They proclaim no job to Sami no job to big .
This is the response I got to an over priced first cost at £250 !
Hi Stuart no worries at all this is something I can help with however with a loft space it's very difficult to proof up and stop re entry and this something I can't really help with all you can really do is either deal with the current issues and then re deal with it when it returns or higher a handy man or do it yourself but go up there with a bucket off cement and Block up as many gaps as you can possibly see on both sides then place either poison or traps down to deal with the other ones kind regards Oscar

Oscar is a gem. He is professional, diligent and very knowledgable on pest control. He takes pride in what he does, is respectful to the property and delivers a fantastic service. I was at a real low when I called him after a couple of sleepless nights chasing mice around my house. He managed to find some time for us even with a full diary to start treatment that day.

He came back every week until he was satisfied that the mice were completely gone.

I cannot recommend Oscar's service enough. He knows exactly what he is doing and he is so thorough and professional. I tried unsuccessfully to get rid of the mice myself, an utter waste of time and money, he knew how to deal with them and continued to visit the house until the problem was gone.

Oscar was a lifesaver, really glad to have taken a chance with him after receiving poor services from other local companies. I had a mice issue in my kitchen and he got to work straight away and was able to identify all access points which hadn’t been picked up previously from other pest control techs. Very reliable - came back several times to review progress. On top of that, a really friendly person! I definitely will not be going to anyone else in future :)

Oscar provided excellent service and great communication. Always felt that problem will be resolved not just in short term but also long term. 100% recommend! ⭐️ bye bye rats 🐀 🐀 yes that’s right two not one. I thought I was dealing with “A singular Mouse”not clever MASSIVE rats.

So pleased we found Oscar. He sorted out our mouse problem and came back multiple times to make sure they didn't come back. He gave us lots of good advice. He's friendly, pleasant and polite. Always on time – he comes when he says he will – and communications are very good. Highly recommend!
