Dear Flora,
We made clear from the start that your activity — spiritual/religious services — is one of the hardest to bank, regardless of jurisdiction, and recommended better options. You chose to proceed with Seychelles despite this.
Though you paid for one application, we went far beyond scope: building you a website, covering apostille costs, submitting multiple applications, and even offering to fund a better solution ourselves.
Your company does exist — you hold all corporate documents and can verify it anytime on the Seychelles government register.
The challenges arose from your business type, activity and most importantly budget (as you figured out during your 'worldwide' research of banking solutions) — not our work.

Dear Flora,
From day one I explained that Seychelles is low-cost but comes with limited, paid banking options — especially for spiritual/religious services, which banks treat as high-risk. Despite this, you chose Seychelles, and we spent many hours sourcing rare, bespoke solutions specifically for your case — even offering to pay for one ourselves when all free high risk options failed.
The $500 notary quote came from a list I sourced for you as an extra effort again outside of our usual scope (as you had just moved to a new country, on your own, and I tried to assist you), and we ended up using an alternative anyway which we covered the cost.
Your company does exist — you have all documents and can verify it on the Seychelles registry. If you’ve truly been told otherwise, send me the evidence so I can investigate with the agent directly.
