The PSA test was not of the usual quality. It contained few and poorly worded instructions. Wasted money. I had to throw the kit away when the test didn’t work. I’ve done the tests in the past from other companies. This was really poor quality and useless.

Bought a PSA test kit for just under £15. The flimsy straw would not collect enough blood to get the required 3 drops onto the tester. Also the prick tool must be the cheapest on the market. Wasted my money.

As I was aware of the impending changes by Lamberts,I ordered their Lamberts - Probioguard® 60 Caps. as advertised on their website.
My receipts shows this.
I received Lamberts Biome Balance 30 capsules.

The first lasts a month, the second two weeks.

I am well aware that Probioguard has changed its product, I have been taking it for years.

When I wrote to "Customer Support" I kept being told that "the manufacturer had changed the format".
However, they advertised Lamberts - Probioguard® 60 Caps, for which I paid the requested amount and therefore my contract is with them.
It is useless having Customer Support pointing out that it is the manufacturer who has changed the format.
After many emails, pointing out the inaccuracy of their communications and the unwillingness to send the extra 30 capsules I had paid for, they stopped responding . ONE BIG CON.

Test kit was delivered but was stolen from my doorstep as not posted through my letter box.
I asked for a replacement kit but this was refused as kit was “delivered”
Very unhelpful customer service.
I would not recommend this company.

OfficialRapidTests didn't dispatch my order so I had to buy the product elsewhere. I emailed ORT to tell them this and they told me they'd refund me, then didn't refund me and stopped responding to my emails. It's been months now so I've opened a dispute with my bank.

Today after a long wait and many written messages I received a product that I did not order. A product that I would not accept even for free. This company is terrible and miserable. Pathetic liars.

Very bad service. Didn’t receive my order. No customer service support. Awful experience will never use again!

Scam company. Supposed to send out an order ‘next day’ 3 weeks ago. Not replying to my emails. Do not order from this company.

They do not know what they are talking about.
Advertising a 'Folate (B12) test'.

Folate is B9 and B12 is a completely different vitamin!!!!

Appears to be a scam company. Do not use!

I ordered product. First I was told it was shipped. 2 weeks later I enquired and was told (only then!) that it is out of stock. I chose to be refunded and ordered without problem somewhere else. Then a day later I get informed by rapid test that they now found the product and would ship it. I immediately again referred to my request for refund and told them I had ordered somewhere else and to stop the shipment. Next thing I get a shipment confirmation and when questioning that I was informed that I cold always return it. So I have not received a refund and now have to go through the hassle of resending this at my own cost and on my time because they made several mistakes? Very bad customer service and incompetent management processes. Avoid!

Ordered a product but then informed it was out of stock. Offered a credit or wait until they got it back in stock. Had to ask twice for a refund, which I did get. Ordered the same product from the manufacturer and it arrived two days later. Sounds like a bunch of unprofessional runners who dont pay their bills. Avoid these clowns.

On reading other reviews I can only say AVOID this company. I ordered products at the end of October (order No 194727) confirmation confirmed it would be with me within 24 hours, nothing received. Having reported this on several occasions I received what must be an automated response my case would be looked into, the company is a complete sham

I ordered healing gel-on 2nd of Nov.as I needed them asap.It was next day delivery.Until today-not EVEN e-mail,nothing....I had laser treatments and needing that gel to heal my skin.It is absolutely, disrespectful -from this company,to take money,but no product,no reply to my e-mails.My order NR #194732

I ordered the wrong product by mistake, tried to cancel immediately but the refused to stop it, so I had to pay return postage! Have had the refund notification but still waiting for the ££...🙁

I received a different product to the one that I ordered. When I contacted Official Rapid Tests, I was advised that I could return the items but that I had to pay the postage to return these, despite it not being my fault. A couple of days later, I was advised that I hadn’t been sent the wrong product but that the company had reformulated the supplement. I know this is inaccurate as the alternative that I had been sent I have ordered many times over the last 6+ years hence this is not a reformulated product but a longstanding existing product. The alternative that I was sent does have some similar ingredients to the original that I ordered but some differences too - this is chewable, not capsules; it is not copper & iron free; some vitamins/minerals are present while others are not.
Very disappointed that they did not inform me prior to dispatch that I would be sent an alternative as I would have cancelled the order. It is not a reformulation of the product I ordered but a completely different product & they should not be advertising this on their website if they are unable to send this one out. Will not be using this company again as there is no guarantee you will receive what you order & then you incur the costs for their errors.
