I was promised a free helmet and bag they haven’t replied since after I received just my e scooter

It would be 5 stars if I had received my free gift the hard nag/case

Yes, great scooters, but abysmal customer service. It’s like chatting to a bot. I have an S1 Pro. It needs a new battery. Simple!! Customer service sent me incorrect replacement details and then went quiet. Reviews here only dwell on the actual scooters and not on customer support. Two very different items!

I purchased the G2 Master for my sons birthday. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I would definitely recommend this site.
My son received this yesterday for his birthday and is absolutely over the moon with it

Bought this for my son , he loves it !

Fast shipping no problems at all excellent price too would highly recommend if anyone is wanting a good electric scooter buy from hear can't thank use enough

Next day delivery was a no brainer also rang the shop made sure they had them in stock not like others who dont tell you so great experience

Extremely fast delivery. Really good quality product.

Good quality scooter had mine just over a month could be better if came with hydrlic disc brakes as standard other than that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

good at first. But a few days ago i was riding the scooter and it lost absolute control by it self and it wouldn’t brake. Never again and there denying a refund. Don’t buy from here if you’re looking too. Still waiting for the refund.. also forgot to mention all the injuries i had from it.

Very fast delivery and everything with the product is great. Definitely recommend to order from here!!

Super quick delivery, really well packed and overall great product.

The scooter came fast in good condition as said in the description and the driver was polite and helped bring the scooter in

Excellent customer service, ordered on Friday and scooter was delivered first thing Sunday morning.

I purchased second time scooter for a giff (G2 Max and now G3 Pro) and like previously I wasn't disappointed. Very well done. Solid construction and of course speed ect.
The main thing is astonishing service. Prompt answer and support. I wish all companies will so professional..
