Scam Company.This a scam
This a scam. Its a sophisticated one. Everything looks ok but there’s no product. Surprisingly you can pay by Paypal. I’ve contacted Paypal and told them. All they did was to forward the concern to this Company giving them 10 days to respond. Meanwhile other people are falling for it.

do not give them your money!
it all looks genuine but its not, the item never arrives. if you contact them they just fobb you off.
their mobile number rings and goes to giff gaff! you will not receive your item. currently im doing a chargeback via my credit card company

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
Ordered 4th Sept, supposedly shipped on the 21st Oct, still not arrived. Emailed twice last time 4th Nov, where they blame the weather & how busy they are. But surprise surprise they inform me it's now been dispatched (again!) with priority Royal Mail for delivery this week (again!). A week later still nowhere to be seen 🤬🤬🤬

Beware..this company seems not to have a customer service department..
I'm not sure how Trustpilot have given this company 3 stars when it has received three 1star reviews🤷🏻♀️. Suffice to say I did finally receive the juicer after a month but in the meantime I contacted them at least five times to chase the status of my order and no response. Not even an order confirmation so I too thought it was a scam. I had just contacted my credit card company about it but coincidentally it arrived. Beware, there is no customer service response at all.
I just hope the juicer works as IMO it would be near impossible to find out how to send it back if it doesn't..

Don’t order from here!
SCAM!!!! I ordered on 28 Aug via an instagram ad and still haven’t received my order. I got an email confirmation and took screenshots of my order for proof as I am cautious when buying from new small companies. I contacted the company 9 sept and they replied saying I will receive it in the coming week and basically if you get free delivery your order isn’t prioritised. They are advertising for free shipping on their site so I guess no customers are a priority.
Shoddy customer service. I haven’t received a tracking order. I will be contacting Trading Standards and the Consumer Ombudsman.
