I needed some strong boxes, checked around and this company's price was competitive. I found the website clear and easy to use to place my order. Delivery was next day - very pleased and would recommend.

Terrible!

Order took way longer to arrive than stated then when it came it was the wrong size and therefore not usable for us.

Emails were not responded to and when I called they stated that they’d had trouble sourcing the size that I’d ordered and so as most of their customers wanted to be able to carry on operations, they’d sent an alternative size - would have been better customer service to notify us of this rather than just to let us receive an incorrect size a week later! At least giving us an option to cancel and source an alternative supplier.

First time I called they said they’d send an email with a return label, but didn’t take any of my details so obviously had no intention of sending.

Second time they asked me to send an email requesting a refund, which I’d already done with no response. Didn’t offer any level of customer service by dealing with the issue there and then rather than just getting rid of me and asking me to send another email that they had no intention of responding to. No apology either.

Absolutely awful! Will never use them again - avoid and don’t waste your money!

I ordered from this company on Weds evening. The first time I'd bought Jiffy envelopes from a smaller company (usually use Office Direct or Viking etc). This company was cheaper so I thought I'd give it a go.. I then checked Trustpilot and though - oh dear let's see if this goes OK. Well everything I ordered arrived by Friday (so Next Day with them posting Thursday).

All the products are in perfect condition, definitely genuine and what I ordered. I got loads of tracking up dates too so I knew everything was in hand. So from my experience, 10/10 and I will shop here again.

Large range of packaging products and better quality double wall boxes, arrived the next day, highly recommend.

I didn't receive what i order, but they refuse to deal with that. Do not buy this website, it's totally fake. they don't even have office to go and check. totally scam.

Very bad products and even worse customer service - the worst tissue paper Ive ever experienced - it claims to be higher quality and gsm weight than most tissue on the market hence me purchasing it, yet it is not the case! It is very thin, dull, matt, not black black, more like a grey, the texture is crumbly and it creases easily making it look terrible - the opposite presentation you wish for your products. Very very bad and the guy on phone and on email, just as bad if not worse than the products! Dont waste your money! Shop elsewhere!

Huge Range of packaging products, placed an order for cross weave tape & brown tape which turned up the very next day, both items are brilliant quality compared to what i have purchased elsewhere.

Order received - wrong size mini grip plastic bags. Immediately sent two emails to the company - no response. Telephoned their customer service line - recorded message (saying they were busy - surprise surprise - dealing with complaints no doubt), left v-m - detailing order number and wrong size etc - no response. Not wasting any more of my time - suggest nobody wastes their time or money either. You have been warned...

Delivery stated to be 1 - 2 days. Waited 6days.
Half the order is missing.
Product not as described. Poor quality tissue, very thin and useless for packaging, should be crisp pure white, this is not. Will be chasing my money back. Very disappointed and a waste of my time.

Terrible service. Ordered a consignment of cardboard mailing boxes two weeks ago. Down for 2-3 days delivery but it never showed up. I asked for a refund but had to resort to contacting my credit company to get one. Impossible to contact by phone, and the last email I had simply copied me in on an email they sent to their courier company DX Express, who were even worse in their responses.

This site has very cheap, good quality products (personally really like the pink polymailers- they're a lovely colour!) and while shipping is expensive (£5.40), it is dispatched next working day and received in 24 hours.
